  Je voudrais vous dire merci à vous tous, pour votre acceuil. personnels souriant, aimable et très acceuillants. c'etait la première fois que je venais sur paris et j'y reviendrais tres prochainement. très belle hotel rien à dire. à trés bientôt. merci pour le surclassement cela nous a vraiment fait plaisir cordialement. charles pimenta

  Une télé écran plat serait bien en face du lit. radio dans la sdb serait un plus. wc et sdb séparés svp !! petit déjeuner grandiose. par contre j'ai indiqué descendre au spa mais personne n'a pensé à allumer le hammam pour moi, j'ai dû remonter à la réception pour le réclamer.

  A wonderful hotel with terrific service. the location is great. we would recommend this hotel to anyone and plan to stay here again on our next trip to paris.

  Bathroom a little old-fashioned in style (but the hotel was recently renovated), and thus impractical at times. 24/24 parking was indicated, but the reality was not so good (closed after 23:00). charged 4€ for tea bag, which is just too much! otherwise a very nice room (the bed was great) in a very good hotel in a great part of paris. staff was very good and helpful. i would recommend.

  A truly wonderful experience. the staff was fantastic and the hotel was spectacular. a perfect place to stay if you wish to spend time in paris. i spent 4 days at the hotel with my girlfriend and will stay at this hotel again...very romantic environment.

  I booked this hotel through the champs elysees plaza site, so i had done various research into my decision.

  We loved our room. it was so pretty and the bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub was wonderful after our long walks through paris. the suite was so spacious and very quiet!! the staff were friendly and most helpful. we had an amazing stay and definitely will go back!

  I understand price was based on staying over new year's eve & therefore quite inflated. however, i really think the new year's eve premium was quite excessive. this hotel isn't that great especially compared with the hotel lancaster down the street. i'm glad they had a room but wouldn't go back based on the price gouging.

  Bel hotel tres bon service seul petit point qui pourrait etre négatif la couleur un peu triste de la chambre et que le pass musée dure que deux jours

  Disappointed in the fact their was only one tea bag in the room when asked for more i was charged 2 euros per bag and 4 euros for milk which was not provided for i am a frequent traveller to paris never have i been charged for tea bags so i would not go back their on principall
