  Les chambres sont belles et propres. la douche fonctionne convenablement et c'est pareil pour la télé.

  When we have made the reservation the hotel charge the first night on my credit card (i can see whit sms cell phone review). then they ask me one more time the full payment! i had to fight to avoid having paying twice! at least the air conditioned do not work

  Un probleme cependant avec la chambre numéro 11 elle est au dessus de la porte et dès que quelqu'un rentre ou sort de l'hotel on a l'impression d'un déménagement... le resp de l'hotel ne m'a donc pas fait payé la première nuit. le but pour moi n'était pas de dormir gratuitement mais bien cependant. la 2ième nuit ok mais précisez aux clients de refuser cette chambre. personnel aimable et déco très jolie.

  Beautiful hotel, feels like france! very conveniently located to sites and restaurants. staff spoke english and was very friendly and helpful, especially the young lady that kept breakfast open for us as we arrived at closing time!

  Nous avons été accueilli par un oui j ecoute pas de bonjour pas de sourire aucun service , la taille des chambres n'est pas digne d'un 4 étoiles l'insonorisation inexistante , le personnel chargé du nettoyage se charge de vous réveiller si vous ne l'êtes, non cet hôtel n'est pas a recommander

  Tiles were falling off the side of the bath. wall paper was 'bubbling' and chipping off. because of the small size of the room you could not sit in bed and watch tv - you had to sit on the side of the bed. mini bar prices were extortionate - €5 for can of diet coke. breakfast was appalling value for money and cooked food was of very low quality. i actually put food on my plate and then put it back because it was over cooked and low quality. room was advertised on late rooms as having optional movies to rent on the tv which was not the case. also indicated selected rooms were smoking which again was not the case. very disappointing and would certainly not recommend to anyone - i cannot believe it is classed as a 4* hotel. hotel reception staff when arrived (3pm on friday) was very helpful and courteous, as were the evening staff. the morning staff however were not as friendly.

  Die schalldämpfung der zimmer ist wirklich schlecht! das hotel liegt in einer sehr ruhigen seitenstraße und man könnte wunderbar schlafen, wenn da nicht die dünnen wände zu den nachbarzimmern wären... davon abgesehen ist das hotel wirklich sehr schön und empfehlenswert!

  Beaucoup de bruit (qui ne vient vraisemblablement pas de la rue mais de l'hôtel), pas possibilité de régler le chauffage ne mérite pas 4 étoiles mais au mieux 3 étoiles

  Le matin pas d'eau au 7 ème étage ou alors par moment seulement, pas de pression.... 2 personnes se douchent et pas d'eau pas de hauteur de plafond pour se doucher debout bref pas top pour un 4 etoiles

  Reste le problème du parking très onéreux puisque nous sommes obligés de passer par les parkings privés payants de grands groupes devenus les rois du pétrole. peut-être instaurer 1 tarif préférentiel pour la clientèle des hôtels ?

  Ma chambre etait communicante avec une autre chambre. j'entendais mon voisin respirer ainsi que tout ce qui se passait dans ses toilette... je ne sais pas ou cet hotel a trouve ses 4 etoiles. j'ai finallement pu changer de chambre sinon je serais parti

  Hotel delizioso, posto in una via molto tranquilla, a pochi passi dal trocadero e dalla torre eiffel. interni assai curati, camere di buone dimensioni, climatizzate e molto luminose. staff gentile e disponibile. ottimo rapportoi qualità-prezzo. lo consglio senz'altro a chi voglia trascorrere una piacevole vacanza a parigi.

  We loved this hotel. the only drawback in our eyes was the lack of water pressure. we didn't take advantage of the offered breakfast but went to the nearby brasseries. we would definitely go back to this hotel!

  I stayed at this hotel with my family of four. the room was nice, clean, and just enough for the four of us. the only annoyance was that some other rooms were being renovated so it was noisy during the day. the hotel location is near to eiffel tower, only 10 minutes walk. it is rather hidden in a quiet area, so i was having difficulties in finding the hotel, as i forgot to bring the city map. i called the hotel reception, and he gave me a quick and accurate direction, so i found the hotel. a pleasant stay in paris.
