  Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de casi todo y de paradas de metro y bus para acceder a los lugares mas alejados. lo unico es que no tiene desayuno incluido. habitacion y baño de buenas dimensiones y de adecuada limpieza

  We had a triple room which was quite small but we enjoyed our stay. the room was very quiet. excellent location within walking distance of many things. the staff at the front desk were always helpful and friendly.

  La parte elettrica ed idraulica denota scarsissima manutenzione: i problemi più volte segnalati non sono stati risolti in 7 giorni di soggiorno. si è notato uno scarso interesse a questi problemi da parte della reception.

  Je n'ai rien a redire sur l'hôtel et l'acceuil. par contre, ayant a plusieurs occasions séjournes dans un hôtel mercure, le petit déjeuner était tres décevant. de part la qualité de la viennoisenerie et du pain ainsi que quelques plats vides! cordialement

  Cela a pris un temps considérable pour simplement retrouver trace de ma réservation et me donner les clés de la chambre! sinon le reste des prestations était de très bonne qualité.

  Ont acceptés de nous changer de chambre ,la premiere, au rez de chaussée , étant tres petite et mal isolée , nous ont offerts un petit dej en compensation donc bonne réactivité du personnel

  Cuvette wc fendue, papiers peints déchirés, robinetterie très mauvais état : surprenant pour un 4 étoiles !. mais très bonne situation géographique et accueil agréable

  Although i understand that hotel rooms in paris are generally small, i thought that for the money that we paid (almost 200 euro's per night), that we would have had a slightly larger room. also, basic things like having tea & coffee in the room weren't maintained. that aside, the hotel itself was very nice and adequate for our stay, the staff were lovely,very friendly & helpful and the hotel is in a great location. thank you very much and we hope to visit again in the near future.

  Très bel accueil dans cet hôtel bien situé et calme. comme nous étions trois, mon fils de 5 ans a eu sa chambre à l'étage sur une mezzanine avec une 2ème télévision et un frigo (= 1 de ses rêves réalisé). merci à l'hôtel. + un coffre dans la chambre = appréciable. le prix officiel aurait cependant été trop élevé pour notre budget, merci au rabais d'août. + petit déjeuner un peu onéreux.

  Im bad den duschkopf reparieren sowie einen richtigen duschvorhang, bzw. eine duschkabine einbauen. sonst sind alle sachen im bad nass.

  In albergo era sempre presente cattivo odore, in camera i lterzo lettino era vermente scomodo come era anche scomodo il materasso ed i cuscini del matrinmoniale.

  Great location in latin quarter. very quiet. staff was friendly and helpful. room was very clean (except bedspread) . nice large bathroom. many places to eat nearby. would stay here again.

  Die 4 sterne sind überbewertet. jeweils am abend nur noch lauwarmes statt heisses wasser verfügbar. dafür 10% rabatt erhalten. ohne sichtbaren unterschied bei der schaltung produzierte die lüftung eines abends warme luft und eines anderen abends kalte luft.

  The room for 3 persons was extremely small. the personnel was friendly. we did not have breakfast so cannot comment on that. great location. we did have to keep asking for shower gels and toilet paper.

  on recommande cet hôtel uniquement pour chambre double. dans notre cas on avait une chambre quadruple et sur la partie duplex il faisait vraiement trop chaud (et ce au mois de décembre). les enfants ont dû dormir dans notre lit.

  One morning we came down to the breakfastroom, at there were used services on all tables. its not very welcoming.... but it was just 1 morning (appr. 9.30 oclock)

  For a 3 star hotel i found the room a little worn out. also there was some strange smell in the bath room. breakfast itself was ok, but the breakfast room could be more comfortable.

  We liked the location of the hotel very much. the room was very clean, but tiny. we had our two daughters with us, and it was tight. especially in the bathroom! but we were happy overall with the hotel.

  Everything fabulous except the size of the rooms, quite tiny but in general really good and clean. people of the staff really good and nice todo bien a excepcion del tamaño de las habitaciones, un poco pequeñas pero todo muy limpiio. el personal del hotel fantástico.
