  Lo unico que justifica las tres estrellas es la inigualable ubicacion a tres minutos del campo de marte y a metros de la estacion bir hakkein del metro. si eso es lo que mas se aprecia, si recomiendo el hotel. estuve 12 horas sin agua caliente y no parecio importarles. fueron groceros cuando les hice notar mis reclamos y cuando pedi informacion. la habitacion es dimiuta. el aspecto de los pasillos, sombrio. retiran la basura dia por medio y el jabon y el shampoo lo racionan estilo cuba. nno quiero imaginar ese hotel en verano, debe ser irrespirable. dormi siempre con la ventana abierta porque el cuarto olia mal. bien por el wi fi gratis.

  Ich werde sagen, dass die hotel war nicht besonders in dem preis dass die verlangen, die lage des hotel ist gut das zimmer war nicht sauber, die hantoch halter war voll von staub das war zum kurzen.

  La ducha no tenía cortina o puerta, nada, cuando nos duchábamos el agua inundaba el baño, y claro, no eran horas del room service, por lo que el baño quedaba así hasta el día siguiente, con todo lod esagradable de ello. me parace que no explotan la terraza interior, debería tener alguna luz indirecta de noche, y mantenerla limpia debería ser un must. una noche que no podía dormir bajé a fumar y estaba todo sucio, oscuro...y la pena es que es un espacio muy agradable y potenciable. en general el hotel tiene una excelente atención, las personas se esmeraron en ofrecer lo mejor de si, incluso en algún momento difícil.creo importante que un país limítrofe con españa debe contar con a lo menos una persona que hable nuestra lengua. nosotros hablamos francés e inglés, pero terminamos haciendo de traductores de los otros españoles o latinos americanos en el hotel. en general muy bien! leonor alonso moreno

  There was a lot of building noice vis-a-vis. it would be faire, if the hotel had told this before.

  The hotel eiffel paris is definately a hotel that i would stay at again on further visits to paris as well as recommend to friends.

  Service is poor, room small, did not clean the room my second day. elevator small, people travelling with luggage. food horrible, cups dirty, difficulty getting ice.

  The people working at the reception were very nice, but the hotel itself was terrible. in the bathroom the sink was completely blocked, there was a blowed bulb and not a hanger in the cupboard. i told the reception next day at 8h. and when i came back at 20h. things were exactly the same, nothing was repaired.

  Las fotografias de internet son mejores que la realidad. no se si se lo recomendaria a un amigo. le contaria como es para que el decida.

  Enjoyed staying at the hotel it was for our honeymoon. the only downside was the demolition of some buildings opposite which started early in the morning about 8am. apart from that the location was good and easy to get around using the metro and taxi's.

  There was building work oposite which was noisy and it was too hot to have the windows closed. we didn't spend much time there. the staff were courteous, friendly and helpful.

  The staff are very helpful and speak very good english. pop your head out the door and you will see the eiffel tower - it's a 5-10 minute walk. was there with a friend and would recommend. the cafe just beside the hotel is great too. there are shops near by where you can buy cheese, olives and a baguette and have that by the tower - a bit noisy if you're from the country but i'm a city girl and slept fine.

  Very old plumbing (leakings in 2 of the 3 rooms) no warm water for more than 24 hours. the location and the staff are the pillars of this hotel.

  The room was very small for 2 people, there it is not inviting to stay in the room. due to the lack of a shower curtain you cannot avoid to flood the floor and sink. the location to two metro stops is very good. there are a number of restaurants in the area with a reasonable priceed menue. also positive is the airport service offered by the hotel.

  We had a very enjoyable stay, the hotel was a little gem, staff friendly, approachable and polite and the room was clean and functional - absolutely no problems here. the location of the hotel is ideal for paris tourists, a very short walk to the eiffel yet in a quiet location, also within 2 minutes of a metro station. lots of good restaurants within reach, definately highly recommended.
