Everything about the hotel is very good; location is exceptional. but the breakfast facilities are definitely insufficient. the basement "cave" is congested when a fraction of the hotel guests happen to be there at the same time. the coffee machine is "broken", hot water for tea is barely lukewarm, you are really lucky if you find an empty table. this repeated every one of the four days we were there. i don't think it is incidental; it is how hotel management has decided. the staff are wonderful, but there is only so much they can do. one can find similar quality at much more pleasant surroundings. that's why i can't recommend hotel belloy st germain to friends.

Nous avions réservé une chambre de luxe .. et on nous a mis dans une suite ......... hypert étroite .. la salle de bain minuscule et il faut être quasiment contorsioniste pour accéder aux toilettes ... de plus la sois disant "suite" chambre 602 est a coté de l'ascenseur .. nous avons eu droit à la music du moteur et des montées et descentes ........ par conte l'amabilité de l'accueil sauve "un peu" tout ces inconveignants. cet hotel ne mérite vraiment pas son 4 étoiles ... pas étonnants que paris ait une mauvaise réputation concernant ses hotelschez nos amis étrangers !!!

La habitación era excesivamente pequeña i la relación calidad precio elevada sobre todo si dividimos precio por los metros cuadrados de la habitación siendo entonces exagerada(menos mal que decían que era una oferta) el flujo de agua del baño (ducha) muy pobre lo que hace que las duchas por la mañana no sean nada cómodas

The location was very convenient for my business needs and the staff friendly and helpful. room was small but clean, well lit and comfortable. bathroom was small but clean and amenities good. housekeeping was efficient. no complaints at all and would stay again, next time would bring the family -- and book extra room for them.

Great hotel in a wonderful location. best thing was that the mini bar was free (soft drinks only) and the breakfast was great, plus a free glass of champagne! wonderful service. room a bit on the small side (but that's true of most hotels in paris), and far too warm. but overall excellent!

Our stay at the best western was incredible. the rooms are well equiped, with free minibar, free afternoon buffee, and free internet (incl. computer!). very friendly staff. it is located at the heart of paris. we will certainly return!

Le concierge à l'accueil vers 21h est peu courtois. pas souriant et il répond à peine à nos questions portant sur le petit déjeuner: visiblement il ne veut pas le faire servir en chambre. nous ne trouvons aucun magazine autre que le figaro à notre disposition le matin, l'hôtesse est assez débordée. le figaro est sur la banque mais sans les 2 supléments et aucun nouveau hebdo ou magazine est à notre disposition. le petit déjeuner n'est pas très varié : pas de fruits frais en salade, pas de jambon, pas de compotes, quelques tranches de salami et pas de jus de fruit frais. nous avons eu beaucoup mieux dans d'autres bw ou d'autres 3 étoiles. le matelas et les oreillers très mous et peu gonflants ne sont pas de très bonne qualité : on pourrait attendre un 160 et non 140 .... les serviettes de bain sont rares et très fines et peu confortables. les prestations ne sont pour nous pas à la hauteur d'un 3 étoiles mais plutôt d'un 2 étoiles : dommage !

Whilst the hotel was in a very good location, it was on a very busy thoroghfare with noise most of the night - the sound insulation was fair. the room was small and functional with not much space for 2 persons unless they were both in bed! the bed was very comfortable.

This is a great little 3 star in a great location. the room was a little cramped for the bed size (two 80cm put together). the extra chair just really didn't fit. we put it in a corner where the luggage stand was and just folded up the stand and that worked. i previously stayed in a 2 star just 3 blocks from this one for 20 euro less, but i have to say, even though the staff there was quite pleasant, the 3 star best western was a better value. it's more up to date, cleaner and has a nicer lobby and breakfast area.

Very helpfull service, received another room on my simple request and there is the hotel can keep your bagage when you check out (very comfortable on your last day) the room was rather small and smells to sigarets ..but clean

While the reception staff were very helpful and welcoming, i found the bed extremely uncomfortable. sound proofing betweenrooms was appalling. the housekeeping services left a lot to be desired. and breakfast service was chaotic and indifferent. the hotel's location is excellent but i would look for another in the same area rather than return to this hotel..

We were traveling with our son, who lives in france. we were met with a very excellent welcome from the front desk. we were early for check in and our room was ready. very quaint and french. we heard that rooms were small.....it was cozy and bathroom was adequate. very nice stay. easy walking distance to latin quarter and all it has to offer. great shopping and easy walking to all that we wanted to do. overall a great time. thanks, dave & marguerite & steve
