La salle de bain était neuve, mais pour le reste tout est à refaire. un lit cassé, une télé qui ne fonctionne qu'avec 3 chaines, des murs en papier à tel point que l'on entend son voisin ronfler... et que dire des traces de sang sur l'une de mes taies d'oreiller !!!! enfin, j'attends toujours le "merci monsieur, j'espère que votre séjour a été agréable"... bref, à déconseiller !!!

Le seul point que nous regrettons c'est que le partenariat entre l'hotel et le proprietaire parking véhicule ne soit pas une régle absolue, nous avons payer très cher pour 3 jours de parking 85€, cela nous laisse très perplexe pour un prochain séjour. de plus le gardien du parking n'a pas été très agréable et pas très coopératif

Location excellent, lots of resteraunts, cafes near gard de nord. request a room away from the street since road noise is loud even at the 5th floor. bathroom shower is interesting - no curtain. very good choice if one can get a quite room.

There was a lot of noise in the rooms facing the courtyard from breakfast in the morning. the rooms were clean, but with no frills. the shower did not have a door, making it difficult to take a shower without causing the bathroom floor to be soaked. my oyster card (london tube pass) disappeared from the hotel room one day when we were gone (probably mistaken for a cash card).

The hotel is situated in a very central area. a few minutes from gare du nord. a metro line towards the city is also available in walking distance . everything is new and clean, the room size was perfect. we were very satisfied and will certainly come back!!

This hotel is at a good location near gard du nord, and easy to go elsewhere, but the reception men at the front desk are very unfriendly, rude, i wonder they are the owner of the staff, but really bad manner.

Excellente situation. au calme sur la cour arrière. on oublierait presque que nous sommes au centre de paris. chambre et salle de bain propres. litterie parfaite. peut-être pas l'idéal pour faire la grasse matinée (insonorisation à revoir) mais nous ne venons pas à paris pour y dormir la journée :-) excellent rapport qualité/prix. ne changez rien (juste un morceau de baguette en + au petit déj svp), nous revenons bientôt.

Die einrichtung und ausstattung ist alt und zum teil etwas heruntergekommen aber sauber. die lage des hotels ist in sofern gut, als dass man zu fuß zum sacré coeur und mit der metro schnell ins zentrum kommt. insgesamt eine funktionale bleibe zu einem für pariser verhältnisse angemessenen preis, jedoch nichts für höhere ansprüche.

Il n'y avait pas de chauffage. le préposé à la réception, m'a signalé en être avisé. probablement un problème au radiateur qui n'a pas été purgé dit-il. je ne trouve cela pas très normal en cette période de la saison. un mur était plein de trous énormes. l'hôtel est bien situé, mais le parking mis à disposition était complet.

Easy acsess to the gare du nord ( around 5 minutes by foot). depending the information on the web, it seemed to be located near from opera. but i needed 30 minutes walk between them... the front staff was so kind that he welcomed me in the very early morning. thank you very much. the breakfast is not included in the accommodation charge. it was 2pcs of breads & cafe & juice.

Very convenient location..within easy walking distance of gard du nord (we arrived via eurostar) and the metro. desk clerk was helpful. rooms were small however this is typical in paris. overall good value for the money. your website worked well.

I found this hotel great. the staff were very friendly and very helpfull. it was about a 20 minute walk to the city centre which was good and it has a little supermarket accross the road. the rooms were small but comfortable.

People skills are a must in the hospitality industry. well in our country they are. the majority of staff at this hotel certainly didn't have people skills or maybe they were having a bad three days. they were rude and not very helpful. wouldn't recommend. travellers from the friendly southern hemisphere.

Overall its an ok hotel to stay in when you are in paris, a bit expensive to what you get, but its very near the central station (gare du nord). a thing that was a bit annoying, was when the ladys who clean the rooms were talking with each other in the entre outside the room doors, very loud and annoying, when you are trying to have a relaxed holiday. a thing i needed in my bathroom was a curtain before the bath, so it dosn't look like a storm flood of water, when you step outside the bath. wifi is a must at a hotel in the year 2007 and chould be a free service in every hotel. but be sure of a friendly staff sitting in the reception.

Tres bon sejour malgré le retour du froid en mars qui a surpris le radiateur (qui avait du mal a chauffer ma chambre au 6eme et dernier etage... de plus le velux de la salle de bain ne ferme pas et laisse passer le froid et le bruit) les plus : la situation geographie, tv ecran plat, accueil, propreté c'est deja beaucoup : bon hotel!

Das zimmer (nr. 17) hatte nur ein kleines fenster zum hinterhof, war dadurch relativ ruhig und mit wenig tageslicht (hat beides dazu beigetragen, dass wir gut geschlafen haben). das haus ist relativ hellhörig, war aber nicht so schlimm. matratze war relativ hart (was aber besser ist als eine "hängematte"). wenig gute restaurants in der gegend (abgesehen vom "la table des vignerons" in der rue maubeuge 6, das aber am wochenende geschlossen hat), dafür aber einige lebensmittelläden.

j'ai apprécié la courtoisie de l'accueil et le silence d'une chambre un rien trop exigüe. bonne literie, sanitaires neufs, chauffage impeccable mais de vraies difficultés pour stationner aux abords avec un véhicule. j'ai tourné pendant une vingtaine de minutes pour me garer. mais je suis globalement très satisfait.

The hotel is ~5 minutes walk from the train station. i recommend reviewing the map at the train station before looking for it. the rooms are remodeled so they are nice and clean. the service is very nice and for the price, it is a great deal.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt. die leute am empfang waren superhilfsbereit, freundlich und trotzdem sehr natürlich in ihrem verhalten.im grunde hat man sich so gefühlt als man die leute schon seit sehr sehr langem kannte.es gab nichts worüber die hotelmitarbeiter mir keine auskunft geben konnte. die zimmersauberkeit möchte ich nochmal betonen, vor allem im bad. dadurch dass ich so ziemlich pingelig bin, achte ich peinlichst darauf wie es im bad aussieht.klasse!! es war mein drittes mal in einem hotel im paris und ich hätte nie gedacht dass man für den preis ein so sauberes badezimmer vorfinden kann... danke für die angenehme Überraschung!
