  The hotel lift needs upgrading very badly. besides being slow, it sinks 6 inches every few days. my wife, a friend and i were caught in the lift when it jammed. there was no ventilation, no intercom and the alarm did not work. fortunately, we managed to shout for help.

  J'y retournerai ! d'autant plus qu'il est idéalement placé au centre de paris à 2 pas de tout (monuments,musées,salles de spectacles,grands magasins....)

  Even though i received a good rate, i wish it had included breakfast since i am a frequent guest (seven times). this would not prevent me from staying at this excellent hotel.

  Chambres confortables mais taches sur les sièges et sur la moquette ne correspondent pas au niveau 4* accueil correct mais peu empressé.le hall d'entée pourait aussi être mieux adapté à un hôtel de cette classe

  A part une isolation phonique moyenne entre les chambres un seul regret l'absence d'abonnement à canal +. un bon point le wi-fi gratuit

  Room was good and very clean, but hotel staff not very efficient. be prepared for certain level of noise though.

  Schmutzige nagelfeile im bad, bad relativ alt der frühstücksraum ist sehr klein. z.t. müssen die gäste warten, bis platz frei ist.

  Lo recomendaría sólo al precio por el que nos ha salido a nosotros. para el precio habitual (más de 300 euros la noche) no sé si lo haría. la sala para desayunar era enana y el primer día tuvimos que hacer cola. no sé lo que pasará los días que el hotel esté lleno.

  Wish that the hotel had a bar area, in order that one may have a drink and relax. the breakfast room, is far too tiny, and one has to wait ones turn to have breakfast. otherwise it is a very nice hotel.

  Fantastic location, excellent rooms (size and cleanliness), helpful staff. no restaurant, timy breakfast room. if youre eating out every night or on business its a fantastic place to stay. 5 star!

  Poor overall rating is due to: 1) quality of bed linen was very poor and not up to 4 * standard. difficult to sleep (sweating due to poor quality). 2) while the quality of breakfast was ok, the dining room is a disaster. rather than wait for a table, we went elsewhere on 2 mornings. 3) bar / relaxation area is very poor so, overall, a super location, but we did not get the "feel" of a 4 * hotel, and believed that it was not good value for money.
