  Très bonne promo, en plus en arrivant on a eu l'agréable surprise d'être sur-classé en chambre de luxe au prix d'une classique.

  Hotel magnifique et très bon acceuil ! de plus j'avais réservé une chambre double et l'on m'a surclassé en chambre deluxe (801) avec terrasse et vue sur la tour eiffel ! je recomandé ! et y retournerai a ce prix c'est certain !!!

  Paris is a wonderful vibrant city with a huge amount of history and incredible iconic buildings that are quite close together making for the perfect city break. the hotel in contrast was small, with unfriendly staff, had a big bath for its swimming pool, and was located next to a laundry that had extremely noisy deliveries in the middle of the night, making sure we got an interrupted night sleep. cleaning staff also entered our room on 2 occasions on the next morning!! when all those factors are taken account of for value for money i would rate the hotel as 1 out of ten. i will recommend the hotel to people that i dislike!!! if you need any further feedback please just let me know.

  A ce prix je m'attendais vraiment à autre chose porte qui claque toute la nuit salle de bain minuscule vasque de lavabo robinet et pomme de douche minable par rapport à un hotel 4 étoiles nous étions chambre 102

  Propreté exemplaire , un aussi grand confort de la literie est rarement rencontré en hotellerie , le personnel est extrêmement gentil , la piscine est accessible jusqu'à 21h ! et il y a internet à disposition dans le salon ,à discrétion .le prix par votre site de réservation est compétitif , sinon , le tarif normal aurait dépassé mon budget...

  On arrival we were tiold that we had been upgraded which was really appreciated as the room was excellent. the only small critisism was that the poolwas rather small however it was very clean a tastefully decorated

  L' hotel est tres agréable et le design : tout ce que j'aime. j'ai beaucoup apprécié la chambre avec sa trés belle terrasse magnifique vue sur les toits de paris.je reprendrai la meme chambre rien que pour profiter du soleil. par contre je trouve la salle de bain petite et il manque au moins 1 porte serviette (chambre 803), les tables pour le petit déjeuner sont un peu petites aussi.

  Our room was sub-standard for a 4 star hotel plus wi-fi did not work in our room. when we complained about this to the hotel staff they were very arrogant and sarcastic. our room was eventually changed but the noise coming from neighboring room and elevator was terrible.

  A la réception le personnel était toujours très aimable et prêt à satisfaire les demandes. le petit déjeuner est excellent (par rapport à des autres hôtels parisiens). la salle de bain, assez surprenant, est grande. personnellement je n'aime pas ce type de lavabo qui s'y trouve, mais il est visible que lors du remainiement de l'hôtel le propriétaire a investi beaucoup et avec bon goût. le seul problème - mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'hôtel - est de trouver une place libre pour la voiture et le parking des ternes est horriblement cher. le rapport prix (avec la promotion)/service est très bon, mais s'il fallati payer le plein prix, je n'aurai pas été aussi satisfait.

  Certainly would have expected a lot more for the price. were told that we had been upgraded, if the room had been smaller it would have been a closet. no bar, the hotel was small and dead.

  Pour avoir été dans d'autres 4 étoiles, la qualité est moyenne : nous avons monté nos bagages ! le service n'a meme pas été proposé. quand on voit la taille de l'ascenceur, cela aurait été bienvenu ! personnel féminin pas très souriant. chambre très mal insonorisé, j'ai su quand mes voisins se sont levés (toilettes + douche), j'ai bien entendu les femmes de ménage ! dommage, il était tentant en ligne !

  After booking the hotel with fastbooking and acknowledging the calcellation terms (24 in advance) the hotel contacted me directly and demanded payment in advance. - this is un accceptable.

  You should remove the name arc de triomphe you are no way near and it is misleading. this was a turn off for me. i walked up to 15 minutes in the cold and rain to arrive to the arc. elevator way too small.

  Zimmer sauber, mein zimmer war nach hinten, sehr ruhig. kein parkmöglichkeiten aber das ist normal. parkhaus 8min zu fuß entfernt, 3 tage = 105€ also besser mit dem taxi oder metro anreisen. frühstück für 20€pro person ein witz ( fast alles verpacktes zeug) da kann man auch woanders frühstücken was aber in paris auch nicht wesentlich billiger is. die lage ist gut, ca. 8min zum triumphbogen. ruhige nebenstrasse. ich würde wieder hingehen.

  Notre chambre ne nous permettait pas de se déplacer. il fallait une personne sur le lit pendant que l'autre passa. quant à la salle de bains impossible d'y être à 2. les dimensions de l'hôtel était du style ibis. pour les autres prestations le 4 étoiles étaient méritées.

  Great location for sightseeing. less than 10 minute walk from arc de triomphe. several good restaurants 5-10 minute walk. easy access to metro and rer. nice neighborhood. felt that we got a great place to stay. would go back. room is smaller than a us hotel's, but well kept and very comfortable.

  Schallisolierung: liftantrieb sehr unangenehm zimmer -nr. 207 preis euro 220.00: zimmergrösse / standort betrachten wir mehr als unangemessen. spez. zimmer hr. b.schneider (das zudem muffig roch) auch im frühstücksbereich fast alles "en miniature" zu kleine tische für 2 personen, tische sehr eng gestellt.
