  Un accueil correct mais très impersonnel ; chambre et petit déjeuner très bien ; manque un minibar ; rapport qualité/prix très satisfaisant

  L'hotel costa davvero poco ed è in una posizione centrale, ma le camere sono piccolissime e soprattutto alla reception c'è gente antipatica che non fa nulla per mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti. non c'è neppure una toilette da poter usare quando si è lasciata la camera. nella stessa via ci sono altri alberghi che costano poco di più ma hanno camere grandi e servizi eccellenti. ho scelto questo hotel perché mi faceva comodo proprio quella posizione, è l'unico motivo, ma non mi aspettavo una cella, pur molto pulita. è da sconsigliare a chi soffre di claustrofobia.

  Hotel location is good and just near to all transports means and deparment stores , all within walking distance , i really injoyed my staying the staff are friendly and helpfull , they just make you feel at home , when ever i visit paris i will stay here again

  Front office staff is friendly and helpful. housekeeping need to work on details. we placed some garbage in the bathroom for two days, nobody to clear them. location is convenient, 3 mintues walk from metro. if you travel under budget, it could be a good choice.

  We received very small romms with shower space 0,5 m x 0,5 m where is not possible to turn in building numbered 300. after our remarks and request to change rooms or make check out they changed room in the building numbered 100 where are more confortable rooms. the building 300 is not level of best western group of hotels. for this reason in the future i will not choice this hotel.

  Per la seconda volta a parigi ci hanno dato la camera con la finestra verso un buco tipo ascensore dove si affacciano altre 2 finestre per piano e da dove non e possibile regolarsi se e 1 giornata soleggiata oppure nuvolosa. fortuna l'aria condizionata se non si moriva di caldo.......... chi sa perchè a noi non ci hanno mai acconsentito di darci una camera con vista sul davanti del albergo.... eppure abbiamo pagato come l'altri. personale stupendo e disponibile!!!!! colazione buonissima!!!!!!!!!!! le camere minuscule, ma paris e cosi, suppongo!!!!!!

  We reserved a room with 3 beds, for 3 adults. the room was set for 2 adults and a folding bed for a young child. when we complained and the receptionist told us to go and find another hotel because they are fully booked.

  Les chambres sont agréables bien que la salle de bain n'avait pas été nettoyée convenablement à notre arrivée (vieux tapis de bain, plus de mouchoir en papier dans la boite.. )l'ascenseur est très très lent. le bruit de la rue est assez important la nuit. les chaines de télé sont insuffisantes (pas de canal plus, peu de chaînes satellites, pas de tnt). les points positifs : la situation de l'hôtel est idéale à 100m du métro dans un quartier propre et serein. les commerces sont dispo à 400m aux abords de la gare saint lazare.

  Une chambre vraiment trop petite pour deux ... et située juste à côté de l'ascenseur ... bruyant ... dommage !

  - dimensión rídicula de las habitaciones, lo cuál para una ciudad como parís, decepciona mucho. - hay que andar unos 500 m. hasta encontrar la estación de st. lazare y lugares para desayunar, almorzar o cenar. - recepción y salón de ridículas dimensiones que no corresponde a una ciudad como parís. - el servicio y simpatía de las personas, excelente y dispuestos a solucionarte cualquier problema. sorprendente las dimensiones de las habitaciones, salon y recepcion del hotel para una ciudad como paris.

  Das personal ist unfreundlich, nicht hilfsbereit, gereizt, nicht profesionel ausgebildet und zudem sehr arogant. wartezeit zum frühstücken ca 15 min. bis wir uns an einen tisch setzen konnten (2 personen) das frühstücksbufet war leer um 9.30 uhr und es wurde nichts mehr nachgefüllt. das zimmer war sehr klein und dazu nicht sauber gereinigt.

  Personnel de l'accueil aimable et avenant. l'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas des gds magasins. les chambres sont ridiculement petites. la chambre double ne comporte qu'un lit de 140 cm???. le soir, si vous souhaitez prendre une douche, c'est à l'eau froide...il n'y a pas d'eau chaude. la salle de bains est en état de déglinglement avancé. forte odeur de moisi, etc. etc. a ne pas recommander
