  Dans les points négatifs, le personnel à l'accueil n’était pas aimable, et surtout, surtout, quand on va dans un hôtel on a pas envie de se faire réveiller par les travaux sur sa façade. la moindre des choses, c'est de prévenir qu'on est en travaux (ça ne poserait aucun problème aux clients souhaitant se lever tôt). sinon l'hôtel en lui-même est impeccable, propre, agréable.

  Frisch renoviertes zimmer, sehr sauberes bad. etwas unfreundliche begrüßung beim einchecken. essen auf dem zimmer nicht erlaubt. zimmergröße o.k. etwas ungünstige lage zu metro und straßenbahn.

  Le téléphone de la chambre ne fonctionnait même pas! la moquette n'a pas dû être nettoyer depuis des lustres car je n'ai pas arrêter de devoir prendre des anti- histaminiques pour ne pas avoir le nez encombré. il n'y avait pas non plus de savon et de champoing dans la salle de bain! j'ai payé 90 euros pour rien du tout! je n'irai plus jamais dans cet hôtel qui se dit 3 étoiles!!

  Hôtel très propre. la télé est juste posée un peu haut sur le mur. la petite armoire devrait être déplacée à la place de la table et au dessus de la table installer la télé. le petit déjeûner est qualitatif mais un peu juste au niveau du pain... nous avons été ravis de cette adresse et reviendrons.

  We stayed at the hotel chatillon from october 13 to 20, 2009 and did appreciate the friendliness and helpfulness of the management. we were there on business to vivit the salon du chocolat and the hotel location is perfect. the room size and facilities is what to be expected in paris. the only thing that could be added would be some english speaking tv channels. we also asked for recommendation for nice restaurants in paris and each time the restaurants were excellent. the hotel was very quite and we did not have any problem with sound proofing as we were on the last floor. the man at the reception whose name i forgot but i thinck it did start with a g was extremely helpful and service minded. we will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and stay there upon our next visit to paris.

  Staff doesn't allow eating in room in order to keep the place clean, which the rooms are very clean. free wifi in my room was spotty, my room was in the corner, to far away from their wifi transmitter, i had to go out in the hallway to get a good reception. hotel is about a 6 minute walk to the alysia metro, and about 25 minute ride to downtown (notre dame). the hotel is very quiet (double pane windows), no refrig, no hair dryer. so if you want a quiet hotel, but don't mind a long ride to downtown, this is a good choice.

  Our stay at the hotel chatillon was almost perfect. the staff is probably the most welcoming and hospitable i've encountered in my various stays in paris - even in a couple of 5-star hotels. 8 euro is a bit much for the coffee/croissant&bread/juice breakfast. of particular note was the management's extremely kind response to an unfortunate moment of sickness my wife experienced. simply put - they were beyond wonderful and we cannot thank them enough for their assistance - all of this after we had formally checked out of the hotel.

  the hotel was very nice, and weel located, but almost every noise could be heard from the next room. the breakfast was extra, and every day croissant, and marmalade, and sweet butter, and coffee, tea wasn’t too various for 7 eur per person. sum up we were satisfied with this hotel, and will return here.

  Hôtel très bien au niveau qualité/prix. bien situé, proche du métro tout en étant très calme. est également très propre. serviettes changées tous les jours. seul point un peu moins bon, c'est l'isolation sonore des chambres mais je pense que c'est assez fréquent en france.

  Satff very friendly and helpful. we stayed twice, at the beginning and end of our vacation. the second time we had a larger, nicer room, but both were comfortable and quiet, and good value for the money to say the least. with the metro and rer, access to everything was only a few steps away. many good restaurants nearby, including several highly rated by zagat and others. the very busy staff arranged taxis, reservations, etc. cheerfully, and helped us get to the airport by rer cheaply and quickly. we'll deinitely stay again.

  Rien à dire : chambre n° 1 (rez de chaussée) quadruple au prix d'une chambre double, salle de bain spacieuse. aucun bruit venant de l'extérieur. accueil agréable, bien situé au calme dans une impasse. nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir. a recommander vivement.

  Die wände sind sehr dünn, mann hört die stimmen oder den fernseher des nebenzimmers sehr deutlich. am 2. tag mussten wir ca. 20 minuten warten, und bekamen noch immer kein frühstück. ansonsten sehr sauber, gutes bett, angehme lage, nur 5 minuten von der metrostation entfernt.

  Hotel à bon rapport qualité prix, super propre chambre agréable, mais le rideau de douche "dauphin" qui séparait la chambre de la salle de bain a cassé la bonne impression...nous étions au 6éme et l'eau chaude était très longue à venir....hotel "correct".

  The hotel was in a quieter area of paris and a little far from the airport. but the metro is close by so its quite easy to get in and out of the city and the airport by train. the staff are pleasant and quite helpful. two staff know a little english, but its better if you know some french and always carry a map.

  Betty at the reception was outstanding - thank you for all the help in getting checked in, especially given our mistake in setting up the original reservation. the rest of the staff were great as well. constructive stuff: - after traveling through many hotels, the one thing that most good ones get right is the bed. given that the majority of time one spends in a hotel is spent sleeping, it is amazing how many hotels miss this little item - especially here in europe (not sure why). in north america, the beds, the bedding, and the pillows are top of the line. in europe, the hotels seem to spend more on the chairs, couches, and desks, than on the beds. sorry chatillon, you could spend more on your beds, bedding, and pillows - not a large investment, for the greatest of returns. everything else about this boutique paris hotel was right on spot - including the rate. exceptional value, and a great experience for our family (family of four, including two young children).

  For us nordic people, the breakfast of white bread and sweet jam, though traditionally french, is a problem. it would be good to have a healthier alternative: youghurt, fruits and dark bread...or is this too much against traditions : )

  Wir sind mit dieses "petit", sauber und ruhig gelegenes hotel sehr zufrieden, und das management-team bzw. rezeption und sonstige personell sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. fremdsprachen kein problem! geräumiges zimmer sowie badezimmer (ohne bidet) frisch renoviert und ruhig. als kleinigkeit vermerkt, das fernsehe programm bietet in moment wenig sender, und sie sind (verständlicherweise) ausschließlich in französische sprache. für "langschläfer" ...die zimmern werden relativ früh gesäubert/aufgeräumt...schild aushängen! das hotel ist mit dem orlybus (alle 10-15 min.) von flughafen orly in ca. 20 min. nach metro (u-bahn) station denfert rocherau, und dann in den metro linie 4 nach station alésia - hotel ca. 10 geh min. gut erreichbar. ganz paris ist sowieso von hieraus mit den metro gut und schnell erreichbar. in der gegend (sowie fast überall) gibt es viele bistros, cafes, restaurants, bäcker und kleine lebensmittel läden. gute wahl! michael huth und ursula rüdiger

  This hotel was a great value for the money. the staff were friendly and the room was much bigger than i was expecting. it was also very close to the metro stop, which was convenient.

  Hotel chatillon is very nice place to stay for a really affordable price. situated in a nice area, near a metro station that allow us to reach most of the interested area in paris. a clean place, the service was really good. i recommend this hotel to the people, go with the assurance that you will stay in a great hotel.

  Bon accueil. les chambres sont propres et de dimension correcte. l'hôtel a un accord avec un parking privé qui permet d'obtenir une réduction sur le tarif.

  Hotel cómodo y acogedor en una calle muy tranquila y silenciosa sin tráfico. gestionado por poco personal, en general simpático y atento. cerca de la estacion de montparnasse por lo que es una excelente eleccion para turistas que llegan en tren a éste destino.

  Petit hotel très calme dans une impasse à deux pas d'alésia et du métro. un deux étoiles propres mais ou les chambres et notamment les salles de bains pourraient être rafraichies

  Aucun bruit de l'extérieur, l'hotel étant dans une impasse. en revanche, l'isolation sonore des chambres vis à vis des bruits interne à l'hotels (douches, wc, voix) devrait être améliorée.

  Petit hôtel de charme discret situé dans un endroit calme mais proche des moyens de transport. séjour très agréable grace à un personnel accueillant et très à l'écoute. chambres propres et confortables.
