  Pas d'eau chaude le matin. partir de l'hôtel sans prendre sa douche, scandaleux ! n'a pas le niveau d'un 3 étoiles.

  L'hôtel vaut le prix de la réduction que j'ai obtenue (100 € au lieu de 210 €) mais sûrement pas le prix classique compte-tenu de la taille minuscule de la chambre. néanmoins, bon accueil, très propre et très bonne situation.

  El hotel esta muy bien situado y la habitacion era muy tranquila. en la recepcion el horario de entrada en la habitacion se larga entre las 2 y las 4 de la tarde. no hay ningun espacio para dejar las maletas mas que en medio del salon de recepcion. el personal de tarde/ noche en recepcion era amabilisimo, asi como una recepcionista. el trato no fue el mismo con un recepcionista de manana que parecia que hacia un favior atendiendo a sus clientes.

  Das personal am empfang war immer sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit, das frühstück entgegen französischen usus üppig, mit aufschnitt und müsli, croissants, frischem brot, eier, saft, tee, kaffe, was das herz begehrt. die zimmer sind für pariser verhältnisse sehr großzügig und sauber. das hotel ist trotz seiner zentralen lage (nähe oper) ruhig und sehr zu empfehlen! wir haben unseren aufenthalt sehr genossen.

  Once we came back in the evening and the front door was closed - only some note written in french on the door. we had to wait for ~10min outside without understanding what is going on (no phone number left, no person around, nothing), which was very unpleasant experience. otherwise, very nice people, good service and excellent location

  La chambre 303, comme je pense toutes celles situées sur la même verticale, manque vraiment de luminosité, j'ai dû chercher le bleu ou le gris du ciel entre deux immeubles. mais de part sa situation, cet hôtel reste un excellent point de départ pour toutes les visites et excursions

  La salle de bain necessiterait d'être refaite et la chambre repeinte. le rabais important sur le prix de la chambre est interessant mais c'est à ce demander si cela n'est pas justifié par une chambre qui necessiterait quelques améliorations.

  Leider befindet sich 2 häuser neben dem hotel ein club, der mit offenen türen die gesamte nachbarschaft beschallte. dieser krach war sogar durch das geschlossene schallgedämmte fenster deutlich zu hören. unser zimmer zur straße wurde nach einer nacht problemlos in ein zimmer zum hof getauscht. insofern sind bei diesem hotel nur die wenigen zimmer zum hof empfehlenswert.

  The hotel ordered a taxi for us to the airport. eventhough there was no traffic early sunday morning, the ride cost 65euro. i noticed the meter was going faster half way through the ride. i think the taxi driver cheated me.

  Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, ich war positiv von der größe des zimmers überrascht. bis auf kleine kosmetische korrekturen ( abgeschlagene spiegelkante, etwas ramponierte türstöcke) gab es nichts was uns gestört hätte. wir haben beschlossen das hotel auf grund seines guten preis-leistungsverhältnisses auch für unseren nächsten parisaufenthalt zu buchen.

  Nous avons eu une chambre qui donnais sur une cour au premier étage. la chambre était des plus tranquille, le personnel d'accueil très accueillant même à 1h du matin. les chambres sont un peu petite mais très jolie et on y passe un bonne nuit.

  When i arrived the room to which i was assigned was dirty. laurence changed the room for me, and i was quite happy for the duration of my stay. the desk people were very courteous and helpful. this trip to paris was truly lovely.

  Nous avons passer une très bonne nuit dans cette hotel. la chambre pas très grande mais propre et design (il y a cependant différent style de chambre et nous avons eu de la chance), l'accueil excellent et le petit déjeuné très varié. en bref, nous sommes très satisfait.

  I cannot believe the value for money for this hotel. it is plain and simple, but has everything i need for half the price of some places in lesser locations. only minor issue was that the internet reception was a bit erratic, still i managed my work and slept well.

  Location could not be better; just off the rue opera. i can only think of a few of the usual niggles to complain about (loose razor seocket for example, so i had to shave with one hand and hold the pluig in with the other) but no big deal. for the price this was a damned good hotel

  I was very impressed with the hotel staff. the folks were very helpful and very patient with us since my wife and i do not speak french. my only negative pieces of feedback were the following: 1. expense of phone call back to us 2. ice machine was broke when i requested some ice.

  Quartier tranquille, environnement plutôt agréable. proximité du métro opera et du rer auber. la chambre était propre et plutôt agréable sauf la moquette (à changer). le jour du départ, il nous a malheureusement été refusé de nous servir un petit déjeuner à 10h30, ce qui est est pour le moins désagréable pour un 3 étoiles qui se vante d'avoir un service en chambre. le wifi est payant par l'intermédiaire de sfr.

  Very clean rooms, bathrooms. not much street noise, given the location. no food stores nearby to buy even snacks, so come prepared. coffee-tea tray free to your room, but if they bring it up it costs you 4 euros. we'd stop there again. for parking - reserve a spot in advance at the pyramide (closest) lot.

  Nice hotel right in the heart of paris. lots of cafés, restaurants and bars close by. metro stations opera and quatre septembre 5 mins walk. louvre 10 mins walk. we enjoyed our stay and would come back to that hotel again. schönes hotel im herzen von paris. optimal gelegen, viele cafés, restaurants und bars in der nähe, wie auch metro stationen. lediglich 5 min. zu fuß dorthin und 10 min. vom louvre entfernt.

  L'albergo è situato in una posizione eccezionale soprattutto se ci si vuole dedicare allo shopping essendo a due passi dalle gallerie lafayette, tra l'altro è vicinissimo alla metropolitana. abbiamo approfittato di un prezzo scontato (camera doppia a 92 euro). consigliato anche perchè è molto pulito, però la camera è piccola ma adeguata per un tranquillo riposo, in quanto in una strada molto silenziosa ma a dieci passi dalla strada principale. l'accoglienza è molto cordiale. sono disponibile se volete altre informazioni sulla zona, sull'albergo e su parigi. buon viaggio!!

  Habituée des hotels parisiens, avec plus ou moins de bonheur, je recommande chaudement l'hotel gaillon. l'accueil est très sympa, le petit dejeuner bien servi, l'hôtel très calme. ayant bénéficié du tarif internet, la chambre était petite, mais propre (ce qui n'est malheureusement pas le cas de nombres d'hôtels), amplement suffisante pour dormir. le rapport qualité prix était parfait. je reviendrai sans problème.

  Très bien situé près de l'opéra avec accès par ligne de métro 14 qui fonctionne sans conducteur et donc en cas de grêve est en fonction. le petit déjeuner est un peu léger mais l'accueil sympathique et les chambres comfortables.

  The hotel didnt had room service; when i was checking out, front desk had limited capability to locate a cab for me but overall, i rate it as a hotel for short stay but would not be able to recommend it for a business trip.

  La situation géographique est vraiment agréable: proche du métro, au coeur d'un quartier animé et riche...la chambre située au 5eme étage (ascenseur) donnait sur un patio: pas de voisin, calme. la salle de bain est grande, luxueuse, cabine de douche très spacieuse avec ensemble hydrojet.moquette des parties communes très sale, pas de canal+, ménage "de fond" laissant à désirer (portes, placards, meubles). hotel non fumeur...raport qualité prix relativement bon si vous ne payez pas le plein tarif!

  Chambre quadruple : nous aurions préféré pour l'espace "parents" un lit double plutôt que deux lits simples rapprochés. pour les lits simples, il s'agissait en fait de clic-clac ou chauffeuses ?? il s'agit là du seul bémol.

  Small room, but very cosy and elegant. newly refreshed. the position is great, round the corner of the opera theater in an area crowded with restaurants and cafes. i would recommend it to everybody!
