  Il est inadmissible de payer une nuit d'hotel à ce prix pour avoir une chambre si petite au rc. de plus il est qd même inadmissible d'avoir la visite de quelqu'un qui ouvre la porte de votre chambre à 1h du matin passé. vous en faites la remarque on moment ou vous acquittez votre chambre d'hotel le matin et le personnel en a vraiment rien à faire . c'est du rackett et je ne recommanderai certainement pas cet hotel .

  Des petits soucis dans la chambre - ventilateur et frigo du minibar ne marchent pas, baucoup de bruit du ascenceur peut-être. personnel très gentilles. bien situé près du palais de congress.

  Tout le personnel rencontré durant mon séjour à l'hôtel pereire était très poli, très serviable et très agréable. un 10 à tous. salle du petit déjeuner très jolie (pour paris).

  Chambre au dernier en dupleix avec echelle de meunier pour accéder, pas pratique pour les personnes âgées.surtout on arrive dans une chambre non chauffée, radiateur fermé et comme il n'y a pas de chauffage dans les salles de bains, il fait froid surtout quand on est au dernier étage,le premier confort c'est la chaleur.

  Avec des réserves pour l'isolation sonore .... j'ai été réveillée en pleine nuit par quelqu'un qui frappait avec insistance sur une paroi vitrée (la porte d'entrée ? je logeais au rez de chaussée). la taille de la chambre aussi .... un rien plus grand !

  Très bonne situation géographique: pas loin d'un métro. les chambres sont au calme(vue sur cour intérieure) et décorées avec raffinement, bonne literie. un hic : une baignoire trop petite.

  Front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and speak english. the hotel was clean, but the hotel room i had was funky in that the bathroom and entry were located on an upper level, and the actual bed and tv were located on a lower level down narrow steps...all in the same room. hotel has an elevator, but you have to go up a few steps to reach it on the ground floor. no air conditioning in the hotel - a consideration during a parisian heatwave.

  The front desk staff were quite curious. still the staff was able to give me the right directions to what i was seeking; they also speak fluently english; conclusion: the staff gets no bad points, they get a good point :) when i made the reservation i asked for a certain room; the hotel staff told me they`ll do the best they can but they did not :(. in conclusion the bad point goes here. still, these comments do not affect the scores the hotel gets. my stay in paris at hotel etoile pereire was excellent :)

  Nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour. un seul gros défaut: la mauvaise isolation sonore! nous avions l'impression d'être dans la même chambre que nos voisins! en ce qui concerne le service tout était parfait, les employés nous ont très bien reçu et étaient très sympathiques.

  Location was excellent. not far to a metro station and a number of bars and restaurants. perfect for exploring. all the staff we encountered were very helpful and accommodating. room was not very large but adequate for what we wanted. would stay again without hesitation.

  Las habitaciones no son enormes pero si lo suficiente para no sentirse neclaustrado el baño es de buen tamaño y armonioso el personal amable y es bilingue o trilingue. lo recomiendo si quieren estar cerca del shuttle a beauvis airport

  Hotel très bien situé avec un parking peu cher pour paris.(nous sommes restés 2 nuits et une journée entière au parking pour 30€, ce qui revient -cher qu'une place dans la rue où au parking du coin!!) certes les chambres sont minuscules, le matelas fort dur et les cloisons trop minces mais les prix pratiqués pour être à 1/4h à pied de l'arc de triomphe sont imcomparables et le petit déjeuner était une bonne surprise toujours pour un prix raisonnable...ce qui est toléré pour être en plein paris serait insupportable en province...d'où le bon rapport qualité-prix et le bon avis général.

  Ottimo hotel sia per la posizione -a pochi passi dalla metro e all'arco di trionfo- che per il rapporto qualità/prezzo. preso in offerta a 69 euro/notte per una matrimoniale è un vero affare. pulizia e tranquillità eccellenti.

  The hotel was very nice. i enjoyed my brief experience. i would definitely recommend this hotel to others. the metro is approx. 7 minutes away, however my recommendation is to study/understand how to use the metro before trying. we wasted too much time; with a tight ,that is not a plus.

  We requested a higher-floored and more quiet room and the front desk said they would do it. the result was that we got a ground floor room and what's worse was that we kept hearing the noise from the operation of a lift in the next building. last but not the least, generally, we felt the service quality of the front desk was poor.

  Nous avions réservé en espérant ne pas tomber sur la chambre "tropiques" aux couleurs criardes. c'est - évidemment - celle qui nous fut attribuée. mais une simple demande de changement à la réception et tout est rentré dans l'ordre. nous avons pu dormir sur nos deux oreilles sans crainte de faire des rêves en rose fluo et en bleu turquoise. si l'envie vous prend de tester ce mélange de couleurs, il s'agit de la chambre 105. la 104 (celle que nous avons préférée) est par contre en mezzanine : pratique, vu la dimension assez petite de cette chambre. le rapport qualité-prix est intéressant en cas de promo uniquement... sinon, c'est cher, comme tous les commerces du quartier ceci dit. petit déjeuner copieux dans une salle agréable et personnel très sympathique.

  Our room was made up in two floors: wow!! bathroom on the 1st floor and bedroom upstairs: perfect! rooms are cleaned every day and the staff was very kind. perfect location of the hotel: near arc of trionph and about 200mt a metro station(pereire) longer. magic paris, printed in my memories elysa

  Zum snäppchen preis vom 69 euro war es super, allerdings das normalpreis vom 160 euro wären sehr übertrieben gewesen. unsere zimmer war sehr schön gemacht, aber so klein, das die bewegung zu zweit im zimmer schon große organisatorische pläne brauchte! na ja, im paris sitz man eh nicht im zimmer rum! also auf jeden fall zum weiterempfehlen!

  An older hotel with brand new decoration, furniture and bathroom! clean! cosy! close to the pereire metro! excellent staff, very friendly!! safe and perfect parking (underground) to be booked in advance. we will be back!! we will certainly recommend the hotel to our friends and family!
