  Hôtel dont la propreté laisse à désirer. moquette dégoutante, prise de courant tenant par les fils électriques donc dangereux, bac à douche avec des traces noires ....... pas satisfaite même pour une nuit !

  La gérante de l'hôtel est tout à fait antipathique et pas commerciale du tout, ni arrangeante. c'est tout à fait déplorable d'autant plus qu'elle appelle sa mère durant ses heures de travail. tous le monde au petit déjeuner a pu entendre la vie de sa mère (et de manière très audible en plus!!!!!): question tranquillité du petit déjeuner, c'est pas super, on ne s'entendait même plus parler!!!! nous avons vraiment eu l'impression que aucun effort n'était réalisé pour satisfaire le client. bref vraiment déçu de cet hôtel...dommage.

  Dans ma vie professionnelle je venais très souvent à paris. mes frais étant remboursés, je ne choisissais pas cette catégorie. a mon avis c'est correct. vu la situation de l'hôtel et le prix on ne peut pas demander beaucoup plus, par contre la propreté des chambres laisse à désirer, le sanitaire serait à remettre en ordre et la moquette à changer.

  Qualité du petit déjeuner vraiment médiocre, la chambre pas chauffée avec le chauffage à fond... avec en plus un accueil laissant à désirer, un hôtel à fuir !

  We asked to book a taxi one hour in advance on three different nights and there was no way to get one. the reception man just said: i am sorry..no taxis available, you have to take the metro. that's what we did, it was raining a lot and we had to walk for 10 minutes so when we came back to italy, we had both a bad cold. no elevator in hotel. we had three luggages and our room was on the 3rd floor. the stais were so narrow that you couldn't pass with two luggages. just horrible. such a bad experience never again.i never had this before in my life..just absurde.

  The room was a double rom with an extra bed added not a triple room. no lift and we were on the second floor. hard to carry cases weighing 20kg up 2 flights of stairs( no help offered). the toilet was so small it was imposible to close door once sat on the toilet. cleanliness was good. there was nothing to do at the hotel. the breakfast was croisant or breadroll with a cup of hot beverage, not what i expected for breakfast. no instructions on the beverage machine and little help offered. for over $200 aus dollars it was no where near my expectation/needs. paul mason (mba)

  Salle de bain un peu petit, l'accueil du samedi excellent par contre le dimanche un peu léger, c'est une cliente qui ns a expliqué le service du p'tit dej, l'employé ns a ignoré, dommage

  Die schallisolierung war das hauptproblem unseres zimmers, denn jeden morgen wenn das frühstücksbuffet war, konnten wir jeden einzelnen ton hören. besonders die spülmaschine war dann sehr laut. das personal jedoch war sehr zuvorkommend und die lage ist auch sehr gut um die sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen.

  Salle d'eau très petite,on peut a peine se tourner, la chambre aussi.. mais bon..il faut réclamer pour avoir suffisament de serviette de toilette,en plus le linge est pas de premiere jeunesse, idem pour les oreillers, sinon la patronne est sympa.
