  Service was excellent; thye go above and beyond. it was just too far from what we were used to (madeleine area). if they could just improve on the breakfast menu and put hot food; then everything would be perfect for the price !

  Très bon personnel, accueil et service. très mauvais personnel de chambre!!!!! mini-bar n'est pas réapprovisionné,les draps ne sont pas tirés mais juste remis sur le lit. prestation pas digne d'un 4*

  Hotel is in a good position, in a clean street close to two metro stations. room was big, clean & well insulated. will consider again for future travels.

  La habitación estaba al lado del ascensor. las ventanas daban a un patio interior. las luces del cabecero estaban las dos fundidas. el secador de pelo del aseo estaba roto. el minibar, desconectado. las mesas del desayuno los cuatro días estaban sucias, sin retirar los servicios anteriores. hemos viajado mucho y jamás habiamos visto una cosa igual en un hotel de cuatro estrellas.

  Cet hôtel ne vaut pas ses 4 étoiles. chambres minuscules, ascenseur minuscule et entretien moyen. c'est un 2/3 étoiles grand maximum.

  Hereusement nous nous ont donnée 2 chambres superieures au lieu de 2 standard...(et les toilettes etais egualements minuscules!!!!)mais les personnes qui ont eu la chambre standard...je ne sais pas comme il ont pu dormir ou bouger dans la chambre!!!! et puis pur un 4 etoiles ils pouvaint changer les draps et les serviettes ou prendre les bagages dans les chambres! mai surtout ils ont mis un "plastique" sur les matelas comme ont met puor les enfantes et le drappes ont glissé toute la nuit!

  Das frühstück ist für ein 4* hotel sehr dürftig! die zimmer sehr klein, jedoch geschmackvoll und modern eingerichtet.

  Avec plaisir. le pavillon de paris sera mon hôtel parisien attitré. quoi qu'il faudra revernir certains meubles légerement écorchés...
