  Le personnel est très serviable et gentil, les femmes de chambre sont charmantes et polies et le service excellent. de plus, la situation géographique est idéale proche du centre, de beaucoup de musées et de commerçants de qualité.hôtel calme et bien chauffé et parfaitement aux normes.

  This hotel is very nice with great staff. i have stayed there twice already. everyone is friendly and the environment feels very safe. however, a new carpet and fresh paint in the staircase and hallways would make a big differences. it would not only brighten the area but also enhance the appearane of the hotel and desire to stay again. this is minor but this box asks for suggestions. that's all i thought about walking up and down the stairs: new carpet and fresh paint. the room was great, breakfast was great and all of the staff were excellent. to me, overall, this is a great hotel to stay at in paris.

  however close of the city centre, the hotel is very difficult to find and reach. the room is small, the bathroom even more. the breakfast is very poor, 2 small croissants and a piece of breath and butter, one drink option, nothing more. not a good value for money we paid.

  Hotel royal opera is a lovely small hotel on an excellent location. it is a good value for your money, just like breakfast that would cost you twice as much outside and can be brought to your room free of charge. rooms and lift are traditionally small, but that's paris. we had a lovely stay and will certainly come back.

  Le seul souci que j'ai eu c'était que le chauffage n'était pas réglable et qu'il faisait 25 ou 26 degrés dans la chambre et que j'ai dormi la fenêtre ouverte pour que cela soit vivable. la personne à l'accueil a cherché une clé pour que je puisse fermé la vanne mais n'en a pas trouvé. dommage, pour le reste c'était trés bien. sauf aussi la position des wc, quand on est dessus et que l'on fait 1 m95, en faite le mur est trop pret et donc pas facile.

  The room is small but sufficient to stay for us(me and husband). steps were kind. when i asked hot water, they offered it very kindly. hotel was so silent to sleep at night and subways are very near.(very easy to get there!! in 5 min.)

  Ein hotel mit typischem pariser flair. ruhig in einer seitengasse gleich in der nähe der madeleine und oper garnier gelegen. ein perfekter und zentraler ausgangspunkt für ausflüge in jegliche richtungen. das fränzösische frühstück fällt üppig und frisch aus, wenn man süß mag, und ist im umkreis nicht günstiger zu bekommen (10 euro pro zimmer). die kleinen zimmer kenne ich noch von früheren paris-besuchen in anderen hotels höherer kategorie. dadurch bekommen diese aber ihren typischen charme. das personal ist insgesamt sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht. dieses hotel ist im vollem umfang empfehlenswert, wenn man es im typischen paris-style mag.

  You must go down the street to get an iron as they don't have any, they give you sheets with holes in them and our shower was broken. the speak very poor english and are not very helpful and cannot seem to put calls through to your room without hanging up on everyone! not the greatest!

  L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica,ad una fermata di metro dal parco dell' louvre e a due passi dall'operà! la zona è molto tranquilla anche la sera, senza alcun pericolo e piena di negozi stupendi e ristoranti per tutti i gusti (e tasche..). le camere superior sono un po' care ma accoglienti, sufficientemente grandi e pulite con cambio asciugamani giornaliero.buona l'accoglienza, personale disponibile e parla inglese! consigliatissimo!!

  alla reception ottima accoglienza.la colazione è molto abbondate voto 100 anche alla signora che serviva al tavolo. ci sono diversi tipi di camere, a noi quattro hanno riservate le più rumorose le più piccole e le più calde. credo che per un soggiorno di una settimana ci meritavamo qualcosa di meglio!

  Hôtel très bien situé à quelques pas de plusieurs métros, des grands magasins. très bien acceuillis à la réception et chambre propre et simple avec tv et sèche cheveux. la nôtre donnais sur une petite cour intérieure et les autres sur une rues avec peu de léger. j'y reséjournerais volontier vu le rapport qualité prix de ce 2*.

  Accueil très agréable , je pense que c'était une espagnole à la réception, elle avait déjà répondu à mon appel téléphonique. dans la journée il semblerait que la porte d'entrée pourrait rester ouverte en permanence pour ne pas déranger l'acceuil. l'ascenseur était capricieux mais rien d'important. l'éclairage de la chambre un peu faible. c'était très bien mais il ne faudrait pas que les prix augmentent de 18% comme cette année, dans l'affirmative nous irons un peu plus loin qui est moins cher.

  Although i have stated (very poor) for sound quality please dont let this confuse you, the room was great the only problem being the cleaner vacuming at 08:45 which to me is a little early especially after walking for 6hours around france. the hotel is 1minute walk from the centre of paris, best location by far....100% recommend but i suggest you take lots of "euro's" as the country is expensive.... rgds

  Ayant déjà répondu à mon retour, je ne peux que répéter que cet hôtel est une adresse précieuse à garder tant au niveau de la gentillesse du personnel que de la propreté des chambres...un rapport qualité-prix en plein centre de paris, c'est si rare.. notre escapade fut une réussite.. couple franco-belge satisfait..

  Au prix obtenu en réservation de dernière minute grâce à votre site (75 € la nuit pour une chambre double) le rapport qualité/prix est bon pour paris vu la situation de l'hotel (proche du centre touristique) et compte tenu de la qualité de l'acceuil et de la propreté de l'endroit. petit plus non négligeable, le prix des petit déjeuner (5,50€) avec jus de fruit, thé café ou chocolat, croissants, pain frais, beurre et confitures . bref établissement sans prétention mais correct et propre offrant un bon rapport qualité/prix.

  We found our room to be nicely decorated and a good value in every way, especially for the price. room was small like every european hotel we stayed in, but it was laid out well and the bathroom was bright and clean. it is not air conditioned, but there was a fan in the room that circulated the air at night, and it wasn't dreadfully hot while we were there. opening the window in the evening let the cool air in. the room was clean, location excellent because it was close to the metro, and plenty of places to eat nearby. i'd stay there again.

  The hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy but were a little small. the problem is with the walls which are thin and you can hear conversations in the room next door. the receptionists spoke english and were helpful and pleasant. this is a 2 star hotel so i did not expect much . in the end you get what you pay for.

  This hotel is a hidden gem!! the location and the room size is amazing. its minutes walk from louvre and champs elysees. the metro is just round the corner from the hotel. the staff is nice and helpful. the rooms are super clean and well maintained and surprisingly large. the choice of breakfast is average but its a true value for money.

  This hotel is very well placed for shopping and general sightseeing. it is a very acceptable hotel by paris standards and there are several restaurants nearby plus acess to the metro. it is in an area which is quite upmarket and the restaurants reflect this. the only complaint i have is that it did not have an iron/ ironing board and the receptionist was not very experienced (he couldn't phone the gare de lyon for an enquiry for example)

  The hotel was nice and clean. the rooms were pretty spacious (given paris standards). we ran into some problem with the flush but they immediately changed our room...we were lucky to get a bigger room at the same price! bedsheets were nice and the beds were comfortable. breakfast was not good (it's not a buffet...you get to choose one from milk/coffee/tea, and you receive 2 peices of butter) but the bread was fresh. the rooms were pretty quiet, there was no noise from the street and the neighborhood was nice and about 300m far from madeleine.

  Nous sommes allés le 10 février et même en fernant le chauffage dès le matin, nous n'avons pas dormi car il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre (25° au min). il y avait aussi une fuite d'eau dans les toilettes que nous avons signalé.je pense que l'hôtel gagnerait vraiment plus d'argent en diminuant le chauffage (19° dans les chambres c'est bien suffisant).

  We loved our stay at the royal opera and it would be the first hotel i would book if returning. although small it was very comfortable, perfectly located and the staff were absolutely great.
