  Rien a redire. j'ai eu un excellent accueil. l'hôtesse a été fort sympathique. j'y reviendrai sans hésiter.

  Il bagno della stanza numero 11 dell'hotel tonic du luvre potrebbe essere migliorato installandovi un piatto doccia con i relativi vetri al fine di evitare che la doccia inondi il bagno completamente.

  Tiene problemas de mantenimiento graves como ser luces colgadas por los cables, el piso del ascensor no cubre toda la superficie, etc. la isonorización no existe. la recepción excelente salvo que nos insistieron que tomaramos el shuttle al aeropuerto por ser más rápido y económico y nunca llegó y casi perdimos el vuelo y el taxi resultó ser más barato que el shuttle

  The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. especially yann who worked at reception and helped us when our motorcycle had broken down. we would have been lost without him. we would stay there again.

  Preis leistungsverhätnis stimmt, jedoch hatten wir ein sehr kleines zimmer. für zwei drei nächte ok.

  Camera grande, pulizia accettabile, colazione in camera costosa dozzinale....comunque un ottima qualità/prezzo e posizione favolosa.

  This hotel does not deserve a 3-star rating. at best, it is a poor 2-star hotel. the room was dirty, with spider webs in the ceiling and a used tissue on the floor when we checked in. even after the next day and cleaning of the rooms the tissue was still there. the elevator barely has room for 1 suitcase (owner of suitcase not included) and the stairs feel like they're about to fall down. sound insulation towards the street is also poor. a lot of noise from the traffic on rue du rivoli and from a the bar next to the hotel. if you stay here, try to get a room that does not face the street and skip the breakfast. you'll get a better breakfast for a better price at any bistro.

  Chambre 502"chambre de bonne" de 8 m2 pas ou très peu de passage entre le lit et le mur 30 à 40 cm penderie sans étagères, pas de chauffage dans la salle d'eau faible insonorisation avec la chambre voisine, chambre au 5° l'ascenseur s'arrète au 4° !!

  Very dark ligtning in the room, no shelves to put clothes, very uncomfortale bathroom, when one takes a shower there is water all over the bathroom. there is only one suitable chair (we were three) and you can sit only on you bed.

  We really loved staying at hotel tonic- staff were friendly and helpful- loved our large room and we felt very safe and secure. as we were on ground floor it was a little noisy from the street at night but not too bad- it was worth it for the location would definitely stay again and recommend to friends

  Bon hotel, le service est bie, un petit oubli de recharger le mini-barre ... et dommage que la télé qui trône sur celui-ci soit préhistorique, un écran plat me semble nécessaire à ce prix .... sinon j'y reviendrai volontier.

  chambres très mal insonorisées ,frigo bruyant , chauffage bruyant et personnel peu disposé à vous trouver une chambre si vous arrivez un peu en avance .seul avantage :la situation de cet hotel

  L'acceuil était chaleureux et l'emplacement parfait! un charmant petit hôtel au coeur des halles.

  The location and staff were outstanding. the rooms were plain but fine for a seasoned traveler. the hotel would not be as well received by many less experienced americans. however they get a big thumbs up from me!

  Le personnel a ete tres competent et efficace face a un probleme d'infiltration d'eau par le toit dans notre chambre et meme si nous avons dut changer de chambre 3 fois, notre sejour dans l'hotel c'est tres bien passé

  Nei quattro giorni di permanenza con due bambini in camera abbiamo dovuto sopportare, nell'ordine: - rottura frigorifero, peraltro con motore e fili a vista, 1 giorno per sostituirlo con scarico di responsabilità alla reseption che precisava di doverci rivolgere al proprietario dell'albergo !!!! - rottura chiusura finestra non riparata (era novembre!!!) - intasamento lavandino, contestato e mai aggiustato; - rottura ascensore 1 metro x 1 metro dove è rimasta bloccata mia moglie con i due piccoli con ridotte riserve d'aria, lo stesso erano due giorni che si bloccava; - scortesia del personale dell'hotel. non ci andate!

  We had no hot water in this hotel 80% of the time. we asked them to fix it but there was no approach or apology received from the management. the room was clean but the bathroom was grubby (not the cleaners fault)

  Sehr laut in der nacht, fenster nicht schalldicht, (szene-bar gleich nebenan) konnten nicht richtig schlafen. der preis ist viel zu hoch für solche zimmer!
