  Central hotel with nice and welcoming staff. practical to have one's own space and kitchen/dining area while still being in a hotel environment. my only disappointment was that the bed was a pull-out sofa with two uncomfortable, thin mattresses that divided in the middle. for the price paid, i would expect a proper bed to get a good night's sleep.

  Le nombre d'étoiles (4) n'était pas du tout en adéquation avec l'état de la chambre: pas d'insonorisation, rideaux en très mauvais état, meubles abimés, manque de couvertures, vaisselle inadaptée. une grosse déception!!!

  Es war kein richtiges bett, sondern ein von einem sofa umgewandeltes "notbett". für den kurzaufenthalt ging es, aber bequem war es nicht gerade.

  Petit déjeuner très cher pour la prestation (noté deluxe à la résa). chocolat des enfants pratiquement sans chocolat, petites viennoiseries pas fraiches (surgelés?), pain pas bon et quantité insuffisante. lits convertibles trop petits et inconfortables.

  Lorsque l'on réserve 3 jours avant la date de séjour et que l'on veut annuler la veille du séjour pour raison importante, cela n'est pas possible. ce qui est anormal ! les chambres sont à refaire, mauvaise literie, décor suranné et dépassé. le petit déjeuner est quelconque, pas de journaux ce jour là. il est vraiment temps de remettre cet hôtel résidence au gout du jour !!!

  La chambre est très vieillotte, la clim est un appareil qui marche avec la fenêtre ouverte et on entend le bruit de la rue. les verres étaient sales. je trouve que pour un 4 étoiles c'était vraiment très basique. je n'y retournerai pas,

  The room first offered to us was very worn-down, with no air-conditioning, though we were changed to a different room later with slightly better interior, the air conditioning is still not working too well - not cold enough and noisy... we finally decided to check out after one night and moved to a different hotel near by - much better room and priced.

  Hôtel qui ne mérite évidemment pas 4*, 2 au maximum. petit déjeuner fort cher (10€) alors qu'il est sans buffet. prix de la chambre correct, mais grâce à la remise!

  Vieillot : les fenêtres qui ne sont pas des doubles-vitrages, les rideaux qui ne ferment pas, la moquette qui date ... le wi-fi en accès libre est apprécié, tout comme la situation de l'hôtel.

  Carpet in room was very old and dirty. breakfast was quite basic. staff were friendly and helpful though.

  Great location. close to many restaurants and much of the paris landmarks. room was a littlle small and needs a good cleaning. staff were all very friendly and helpful.

  The furniture is old and needs renewal and the paint on the walls and the cieling needs to be maintained. the beds and pillows should be made mor comfortable.

  For a paris apartment this was better than expected. the fittings in the room were old but that was expected. we were upgraded to an apartment at no extra cost!!! the location was walking distance to everything!!! the staff were fabulous!!! i would recommend this hotel to any one that doesnt need 5 star accomadation but wants value for money in paris!!!

  My room was on the fisrt floor, close to the reception desk and it was noisy in the morning when people were checking out.

  Overall a very nice facility - clean, staff friendly. one of our party had an unfortunate incident of requesting location of a nearby laundromat - informed nothing nearby. sent out a small amount of underwear, socks and basic t-shirts on recommendation of staff to a cleaner. cost came back as 150 euros - which we considered outragreous!! after much discussion, felt it to be a discrepancy in the translation. managed to work out what the staff considered "an exception" and paid 50 euros to get the clothes back!!

  Un personnel italien très accueillant et sypathique disponible, l'ensemble est très satisfaisant, il est vrai que nous avons bénéficié d'un sur-classement (tout à notre avantage), un petit coup de peinture et tout serait parfait!!!!
