  One problem i faced was that the room kettle was not in good condition and there were no new one to replace it and also unable to make an exchange. went through a lot of trouble trying to clean up the kettle myself but still didnt work. in cold weather, kettle is important in order to have some warm drinks. that upset me a little.

  Hamid and john at the front desk were extremely helpful and courteous. they were always ther with a cheerful welcome.

  Le prix pour paris est trop eleve par rapport aux services. le personnel est agreable et serviable.( chose devenus rare) je recommande cet hotel pour son personnel et la qualite de son insonorisation.
