  The hotel staff during check in were wery rude and non accomodative. internet was not working on the 6th floor. breakfast very expensive. water was leaking from the bathtub into the room.

  Nous avons eu un problème de transport pour nous rendre de l'aeroport cdg a l'hotel: les taxis refusaient de nous prendre car le trajet était trop court. l'ideal serait un service de navette plus developpé.

  Staff was rude; food items ran out early; salt shakers had pepper in them and the hostess refused to do anything (get us salt) about it

  If shuttle service from airport is not available, it should be marked clearly. i got on a taxi; the driver refused to take us saying there is a shuttle. so i took the shuttle but it was wrong hotel (different kyriad).

  Je recommanderai l'hôtel mais pas le restaurant, trop cher par rappoet à la qualité de la nourriture proposée. les escargots étaient trop cuits et rétrécis, la côte d'agneau trop grasse et rien à manger dessus et le poisson un peu tro sec. par contre le service et l'accueil excellent.
