  Other than a very cold bathroom, in particular the floor, generally the hotel was very good.

  Problemas de comunicacion en español con parte del servicio de recepción.

  Vérifier l'état de fonctionnement de l'éclairage dans les chambres. dans la notre plusieurs ampoules ne fonctionnaient pas. pour le reste, c'était très bien.

  Au prix de la chambre , il est dommage que la salle de bains ne dispose pas d'une baignoire et par ailleurs il y fait froid sauf à allumer longtemps à l'avance le chauffe serviette ( pas aisé à mettre en marche )

  Très bon accueil, tout est très bien,seules les chambres sont un peu petites !

  - le métro passe juste en dessous (je ne sais pas s'il y a quelque chose à faire?) - la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite - pour le reste bravo, très charmant, très bien entretenu !

  Accueil tres chaleureux a l'hotel. j'ai pu obtenir une chambre des 9am apres avoir passe 24 heures dans un avion. j'en suis reparti le lendemain a midi et ai pu laisser mes valises a la reception le temps d'aller faire du shopping ... .

  J'ai demandé un service pressing et on m'a proposé de me préter un faire à repasser et une planche... bon d'accord ça nous a bien dépanné... mais bon ... on espérait un vrai service pressing...

  La chambre est décidément trop petite (206) et la fenêtre donne directement sur l'escalier de secours qui masque toute échappée vers le ciel.

  Internet fonctionnait très mal (connexion d'une uatre époque!) - la salle de bain était mal nettoyée, et malgré cette remarque : peu d'ammélioration - la porte de la salle de bain grinçait (mais pas de service maintenance le we !!) - il y avait une tache de boisson devant le frigo - le champagne offert était tiède - le téléviseur s'allumait en pleine nuit - la salle du petit déjeuner n'était pas du tout accueillante - franchement : comment cet hotel peut avoir 4 étoiles ?.... hallucinant !!

  Die dame an der rezeption hat absolut keine ahnung! sie weiss nicht einmal, dass wir im voraus bezahlt haben. die putzfrau war extrem unhöflich.

  La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios y cuidados, decorados con buen gusto.por lo demás el hotel esta bonito con una ubicación excelente, y con muchos detalles. destaco sobre todo la buena insonorización interior de las habitaciones y su tranquilidad , solo se oía algo de ruido de la calle. por destacar algo negativo ,es escaso en zonas comunes y las ventanas de la habitación por la parte exterior no se habían limpiado desde que se construyo el hotel.

  The new hotel opal, has nothing to do with paris, this type of rooms can be anywhere in the world. the rooms are bold and cold(not temp.) no art work no nice furniture. for my next trip to paris i will look for cozy parisian hotel. elizabeth

  The lighting in the room is not adequate - the room is always dark. the wifi and internet connection in the room did not work. the concierge was very, very friendly and helpful.

  Mi esposa y mi hija estuvieron en el hotel hace dos semanas pero la habitacion de ellas era mucho mejor que la que nos dieron a mi hija y a mi. ella comparo las dos habitaciones y me hizo el comentario, ya que me habia insistido que fueramos a ese hotel ya que le habia gustado mucho la habitacion.

  Prooblème d'électricité dans la chambre 504 + pas de chaîne anglaise cnn ou bbc(suivant la réception allait être installée la semaine suivante), coffre dans le bas d'une armoire, sans électricité!

  El hotel esta ubicado en una zona excelente, de facil acceso por metro, ademas se puede caminar facilmente hacia champs elysees y muchos otros lugares atractivos para el turista. esta cerca a grandes almacenes tambien. para mi es la zona perfecta para quedarse en paris.
