  La personne s'occupant du service du petit déjeuner était très peu aimable (pas de bonjour...)

  Staff was very friendly and helpful. the desk personnel and the breakfast servers were very friendly and helpful - making you feel comfortable and warm.

  Wir waren über die zimmergrösse sehr enttäuscht. das zimmer sah aus wie ein knappes 3 sternhotel zimmer. bild hing schräg, teppich schmutzig und alt, vorhänge schmutzig, siphon nicht dicht im badzimmer (dreimal erwähnt, war immer noch nicht dicht), zweites champagnerglas fehlte für alle drei nächte.

  You can hear metro, but it's not very noisy on 7th floor. be careful about tee - you have in room information about that it's free and when you're leaving you have to pay for it. very nice room, big windows, nice clean and new. big bathroom - it was a room of a better standart.

  We stayed junior suite. they dont exchange money to small notes, and dont treat a post card at all. the location is excellent, but a room is not cleaned enough.their recommendation of restaurants in paris were great.

  Chambre sur cour très calme ! bel écran plat face au grand lit. salle de bain moderne, très agréable. prix intéressant avec la remise.

  The hotel has a great location next to the louvre. the reception personnel were very friendly and helpful. however, the room was tiny, there's no wi-fi reception, and the room had not been cleaned when we checked in. overall, though, it was a good value for the money and location can't be beat.

  Wir hatten einen super preis für dieses hotel, ca. 50% reduktion. hätten wir den regulären preis dafür bezahlen müssen, dann hätte das preis/leistungsverhältnis absolut nicht gestimmt!!! so waren wir aber sehr happy mit allem.

  The hotel was very nice. the location is excelent, close to the louvre and most the monuments and other museums.the bed was very large and confortable, as the bathroom.

  Las habitaciones son pequeñas pero correctas, el servicio del hotel correcto, lo peor de todo es la recepción, es pequeña, fea y no está a la altura de los 230 € que pagué por la habitación. lo que encuentro fatal es que sirvan un desayuno a 15€ en la misma recepción del hotel.

  Just got back a couple of days ago. the hotel was really great. the staff friendly and obliging. we went to look up some family history in the archives in paris and the receiptionist, a lovely gentleman, kindly helped us to translate some french to english. the location couldnt have been better. i would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone.

  La chasse d'eau fuyait... le reste est très bien. chambre au 7eme et dernier étage sur cour sans un bruit.

  Deux choses pas "commerciales" : le wi fi devrait être gratuit comme ailleurs. passons trop de temps a acheter , connecter et mise en route internet. 2. il existe une "collusion" entre les cie de taxis et le personnel quand on va à roissy . il faut attendre 15 ' un taxi qui arrive avec 18 € au compteur alors qu'une station est proche de l'hotel à 200 mètres. de qui se moque t on ? c'est bien dommage car le, personnel est sympa.les antillaises ? super et le polonais , trés serviable ! a bientôt avec les améliorations peut-être !

  The hotel was charming and the staff were most pleasant. i will recommend the hotel to friends and family. i will return to paris and intend to stay at the hotel louvre st. honore again.

  Tiene en obras la parte exterior, la que da a la calle. deberían haber informado. de todas formas no afecta para nada, ni en ruido ni en suciedad, ni nada. la habitación sorprendentemente grande. situación inmejorable junto al louvre. muchas cafeterías y restaurantes alrededor.

  We were quite exhausted when we arrived paris. my husband had injured his back and i have a disabled knee. the man that checked us in was quite rude to us and there was no assistance with our luggage. it was quite difficult for us to get the 2 large suitcases in an elevator for 1 person and get the luggage through several doors to get to our room. he also gave us a room that was the bottom of our category, even though there were others available. for the manner that we were treated, i could not recommend this hotel.

  The hotel seems to be in a process of refurbishment but our room had already been done and was very quiet as we had asked on booking. the coffee at breakfast was cold, hence we only took it one morming. very well situated.

  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your great staff service.receptionist was very nice and helpfull. for the price i paid i would expect room to be bigger, especially beds. size of my single bad was a bit to small. it was one disturbing thing in the room, small of paint. i do understand that your hotel takes care about refurnishing of rooms but smell of paint was something what annoyed us.

  Les chambres en promotion sont assez désuettes et nécessitent des travaux de rénovation. une seule table de chevet. carrelage salle de bain laissant vraiment à désirer. un étage à monter sans ascenseur. draps troués. propreté bof bof.

  El hotel está bien, las habitaciones son amplias y limpias. la recepción regular, nos hicieron volver dos veces antes de tener nuestra habitación preparada. además nos dieron posiblemente la peor habitación del hotel, en la planta baja, sin iluminación natural, mirando a un patio interior que nos obligaba a tener que tener las cortinas echadas permanentemente. el servicio de habitaciones regular tirando a malo, no nos repusieron ni una vez los jabones en el baño.

  Thank you for the stuff of hotel louvre sanit honore.i enjoyed staying there with lot of hospitality.unfortunately tv units were not worked for 4days. it's much regret. c'est la vie.
