  La pression de l'eau est à améliorer, les chaines télé sont tout de meme restreintes, les boissons dans le frigo restent cher.

  Absence d'informations , ascenseur en panne 3 jours, ampoules dans la chambre a changer et le lit avait un pied cassé, super pour dormir!!!

  Rapport qualité prix bon avec remise, sinon mauvais. propreté ok, mais équipement salle de bains mal entretenu : lavabo s'écoule mal, fixation de douche ne tient plus...mais rien de vraiment grave. personnel sympathique, souriant et efficace.

  Hotel pimpant. les chambres sont petites mais confortables. le petit dejeuner est impeccable. j ai bénéficié d'un bon tarif, donc le rapport qualité prix est excellent, sinon, c est un peu trop cher!!!!

  Hotel a été rafraichi mais il ne s'agit pas d'une rénovation. rampe d'escalier grossièrement repeinte et cassée, couvre lit récupéré. salle de bain propre et rénovée.

  L'isolation des chambres est mal noté en raison d'une porte donnant accès dans ma chambre sur les machineries de l'ascenseur (même si cette porte est condamnée c'est très dérangeant.) de même qu'il y a un problème avec la télévision : de nombreuses chaînes sont déclarée regardable dans la notice de l'hôtel , hors il en manquent beaucoup. sinon le service est acceptable et l'hôtel est bien situé.

  We cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. we had a need to send urgent faxes to australia in the middle of the night, and the staff were amazing. breakfast was simply superb. would stay here again.

  1.did not provide soap in our room for washing hands. the hooks provided in the bathroom were more aesthetic than practical!! 2.a bit of variation in the breakfast would be good. it becomes bored after two days of same breakfast. 3.judith was very friendly and informative.

  Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. however water was lukewarm and sometimes cold for the week we stayed there and the hairdryer was very very poor. room was cold.

  Room was tiny. very dusty indeed and noise was beyond belief. by far the noisiest room that i have ever stayed in in thirty years. the price was extortionate. this would be fair quality for a mid range student hostel.

  Hotel piacevole e completamente ristrutturato. ottima la prima colazione, un po' piccola la camera riservatami ( 601 ) poiche' ad angolo nell' edificio....... complessivamente...buono !!!

  Un hotel molt agradable. no molt cèntric, però a 2 minuts del metro i d'autobusos al centre. habitació quàdruple molt gran, però amb un "plegatín" incòmode. la resta de llits molt còmodes. molt net i esmorzar abundant.

  La chambre 708 sous les toits avait un velux qui était cassé et donc ne fermait pas. deplus, en regardant par le velux, j'ai trouvé un sac plastique avec un camenbert dedans qui était là depuis assez longtemps ......

  Es el hotel ideal para visitar paris, muy bien comunicado, tranquilo, personal super amable. la decoración moderna y muy agradable, cómodo para viajar con niños o adolescentes, por los ordenadores que tiene en la recepción y por el tamaño tan acogedor del edificio. lo recomiendo sin ninguna duda

  Hôtel bien mais panne d'ascenseur de 24h00 alors que nous étions au 6ème étage !!! la panne a été signalée après règlement de la chambre à l'arrivée.

  Das personal ist sehr freundlich & hilfsbereit, spricht auch englisch. das hotel magenta soll in 2009 komplett renoviert worden sein, dies ist uns allerdings nur in der rezeption, treppenhaus, lift & frühstücksraum aufgefallen. die zimmer sind klein und sauber jedoch sehen für eine erst kürzliche renovierung sehr abgewohnt aus. der einbauschrank hat für längere reisen kaum platz um die kleidung/ koffer unterzubringen, man lebt also weiterhin aus dem koffer. die lage ist zentral zum bhf gare du nord und der metro. es befinden sich 2 supermärkte in unmittelbarer nähe.

  Les principaux points positifs : - décoration moderne et agréable dans les communs - petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux - bon rapport qualité / prix en ayant profité d'une réduction (sinon très cher!) deux principaux points négatifs à signaler : - odeur désagréable dans la chambre (humidité chaude) - climatisation très bruyante (à l'extérieur de la chambre ? car la nôtre était éteinte)... difficultés à dormir à cause de cette nuisante sonore.

  The purple colour i like however mixed with the pink was a bit much! the overall feel of the hotel was friendly and warm and our room was clean , comfortable and spacious. the staff were very friendly, knowledgable and accommodately. will definitely returm :)

  Tres bon sejour ds votre hotel.tres content .sauf les (en ce qui me concerne) prix,car je reserve uniquement quand il y a des offres par manque de remplissage ,par exemple.nous avons payer 99€,la chambre,bon là, ça va,mais sinon,trop cher.merci

  J avais la chambre 308 et il y avait un bruit enervant de machinerie. peut etre serait il bien d'isoler au mieux le local technique. sinon rien a redire. chambre tres agreable, wifi, tele avec pas mal de chaine, tres bon accueil. au niveau du prix, j ai eu cette chambre a 100€ au lieu des 180€ donc pour moi le rapport qualité/prix etait pluot bon...surtout pour paris.

  Personale estremamente disponibile. hotel completamente rinnovato: camera confortevole (anche se non grandissima) e bagno pulitissimo, con complementary té e caffé in stanza! buona scelta per la colazione a buffet con opzione di consumarla direttamente in camera! posizione comoda a metro e rer e vicina al centro. brasserie di fronte gestita da personale simpatico ed affabile! certamente ci tornerò! grazie! sivia

  Fenêtre ne fermant pas correctement pour une chambre côté boulevard, donc un bruit de circulation très inconfortable (je suppose une exception pour cet hotel en bon état), un ascenseur ne fonctionnant pas correctement avec une chambre au 6ème. il faut faire des efforts de maintenance!
