  It is a very nice and cozy hotel. close to the eurostar and metro station. hotel staff are friendly and patient. highly recommend to everybody if you want a budget hotel.

  Very convenient location. check in was made a little more difficult by renovations in the lobby during out visit, but was still smooth. staff were friendly and helpful. room was small but comfortable and a very convenient, central location. perfect after our evening arrival by eurostar.

  A 2-star hotel that exceeds expectations. with english notices and tea/coffee facilities, rare in french hotels! excellent view from room, and nice bed and sheets.

  Everything was great except that the first two nights, the air conditioning was set in the winter mode but the air outside was 25 degrees celcius. it was hot but the hotel people politely apologized and later fixed it.

  Très proche de la gare de l'est, donc idéal pour le jour du départ. excellente literie. nous sommes arrivés le matin donc la chambre n'était pas encore disponible, mais nous avons pu laisser nos bagages à l'hôtel ce qui nous a évité un encombrement pour les visites de la ville. mes beaux-parents y avaient séjourné l'an dernier et nous l'avait conseillé, nous ne sommes pas du tout déçus. une adresse à garder.

  Un hôtel très sympathique avec une localisation d'enfer à 100m de la station de métro, une panoplie de restaurants à proximité, l'hôtel est propre, le service est bon, les chambres sont plutôt petite mais fonctionnelle, seule réserve, la protection en acier sur la fenêtre émets un bruit insupportable en jour de pluie comme lors de mon séjour.

  Hotel is in a convenient location if you are arriving at gare du nord and also good for accessesing the metro while in paris. breakfast was better than in other similar hotels i have stayed in on previous trips to paris. would certainly stay here again.

  The hotel is very close from the gare du nord which makes it very handy for eurostar, thalys train or if you want to travel anywhere in paris. the surrounding of the hotel is safe and there are a few restaurant and supermarket around. the room (704) was a bit small but was clean, comfortable and nice bathroom. it also had a stunning view on the roofs of paris. i definitely recommend this hotel if you can get a good discount online as the normal rate are pricey.

  Everything is good, except for the bathroom! water was flooding all the way into the room, wetting the carpet! somehow water condenses on the ceiling, and the droplets are yellowish!!! room is big cos we were given a triplet instead of double... counter staff very friendly. internet sucks in the room! even in lobby, you can only get access in certain areas.

  Das zuerst gebuchte classic zimmer war zwar alt ansonsten o.k.;das bad leider ziemlich schäbig.haben nach der 1. nacht in ein comfort zimmer gewechselt. der preisunterschied war nur gering dafür lagen welten zwischen der ausstattung !das zimmer war toll eingerichtet und ist sehr zu empfehlen.

  Hotel confortable et bien situé, bon accueil et prix raisonnables (surtout lorsque après réservation sur ce site !). le petit-déjeuner est classique, mais à volonté, bien que gagnerait à être plus diversifié et proposer plus de "salé" pour son prix assez élevé (8 euros). mon seul doute concerne l'isolation sonore des chambres. en revanche, j'étais dans une chambre côté cour extrêmement calme.

  Reception was not aware that i had cancelled my booking for a classic room and had insted booked a confort room. initially we were allocated a classic room and had to point out their error. then it came to light that there were no confort rooms available and the hotel had to upgarde the room - which was appreciated

  The hotel was perfect for a short stay, the room was tiny but the bed comfortable, and everything spotlessly clean. a pity that the desk clerk was so rude and unhelpful though all the rest of the staff were charming and the breakfast coffee was truly terrible, that really needs improving

  L'accueil est parfait avec un receptionniste très sympathique. pour notre deuxième passage dans cet hôtel, nous avons à nouveau eu la très agréable surprise de nous voir attribuer une chambre plus confortable que celle réservée. le petit-déjeuner qui m'avait déçu la première fois (pas de viennoiserie...un comble pour paris) s'est amélioré en proposant des petits croissants... pour cette visite, rien à dire:tout était parfait!

  The hotel is an excellent value for the money. the room, while a bit on the small size, was very clean with comfortable beds and attractively decorated. my only request would be that the bath linens include face cloths and an additional hand towel. the hotel is within easy walking distance of the gare du nord for both trains and the metro. also within easy walking distance are numerous restaurants.

  Hôtel très bien situé,à proximité de la gare du nord et d'un abri bus (bus desservant montmartre,...) très bon accueil, propreté de la chambre satisfaisante. par contre ils disent chambres rénovées,... mais le plafond était un peu moisie, et ça n'avait pas l'air très neuf mais ce n'ets pas gênant. nous n'avons pas pris le petit déjeuner que nous avions estiné trop cher mais c'est un avis perso. très bon rapport qualité / prix je vous conseille cet hôtel.

  We chose the confort room for 63€ and i would definitely recommend this place. it was an excellent value. the staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean and the flat screen tv and tea kettle were a nice touch. the room was small but it was not a problem for us. i would not pay 160€ for this room (price advertised in the hotel) but for the price we paid, i am totally satisfied. je suis très contente de cet hôtel et je vous le conseille. nous sommes restés dans une chambre confort pour 63€, propre, rénovée récemment et avec un télé écran plat et une bouilloire pour le thé (deux détails bien appréciables). je n'aurais pas payé 160€ pour cette chambre (prix affiché dans l'hôtel) mais pour 63€ c'était très bien. le personnel était très sympa.

  Je suis très satisfaite de mon séjour. cet hotel est très calme, et la chambre que j'ai eue était trsès confortable (chambre confort). deux petites remarques cependant: la chambre que j'ai eue (n°1) avait une marque d'ancienne infiltration au plafond, assez sévère, qui mériterait d'être refait. par ailleurs, le système de chauffage, très efficace et réglable au degré près, est un peu bruyant... ceci n'empâche pas de dormir, pour peu qu'on n'ait pas le sommeil trop léger. je reviendrai, dès la semaine prochaine!

  The hotel is a good option to arrive from airport straight into gare du nord and don't have to be dragging bags through the metro. the price of the room is 170€ if you walk in, but i got it for 60€ on average which was fine for 2 people, for the hotel standard. by no means pay more than 60€ for this hotel.

  I stayed in this hotel for one night, and had a pleasant overall experience. i selected the hotel as it was supposed to be near gare du nord, and in this it did not disappoint as the location was excellent in relation to the station. plus, there were also plenty of shops nearby, like a franprix and many cafes. the staff were generally friendly, and as i got a special price the room was value for money. the decor was simple and comfortable, the room had a flat screen television, central air conditioning and the en suite bathroom was adequate. recommended if you are looking to stay near the train station.

  Hotel location is excellent, less than 5min walk to paris nord. the room and bathroom were quite clean, however, i could smell smoke in a non-smoking room. the hotel should ensure that those rooms are really smoke-free. sound insulation was not really good close to the elevator and for those who have sleep issues, they should consider taking a room away from it. the strengths of the hotel more than make up for these problems. i definitely recommend it.

  Propreté de la chambre peu concluante, isolation sonore décevante, le tout pour un tarif tout de même élevé. l'intérêt : proche des deux gares... mais ce n'est pas le seul.

  Wifi not available on the 4th floor. i ned to change to the 1st floor in a room less confortable and older. wifi available on the 1st floor but ip address black-listed so unable to send an email.

  This is the perfect place for somebody who needs to be in the gare du nord terminal vicinity. 5 minutes walking distance. and it's relatively not too far from monmartre. but other than that, it's not the best location and not the best hotel. room is soo small that it's not even funny, especially for that price. breakfast nice but rather expensive. good points: elevator in the hotel and bathroom in the room.

  Badezimmer sollte mehr stangen/ haken für badetücher haben. frühstücksraum sehr klein, so dass man am morgen warten musste bis ein tisch frei wurde.

  We were welcomed very friendly by the staff. the staff was friendly during the whole stay. what was a pitty was that the tv didn't have a signal. the signal from the wireless internet connection was too weak to be picked up in the room (109). we had to go in the little patio with the laptop to get access to the internet. it is better if the hotel would secure the signal, because everybody from outside the hotel can get access to the account of hotel libertel. the more people that use the account the slower the internet will be. perhaps it would be a good idea to purchase a router with a stronger signal that can also provide the rooms with a signal. one other thing is the bathroom, the shower makes a swimmingpool from the bathroom. there gets so much water on the ground that you get soaked.

  Personnel très acceuillant et efficace. hôtel propre, décoration des nouvelles chambres moderne, et agréable. bon rapport qualité prix avec la réduction ( 90€ pour une chambre privilège.) la taille de la chambre était honnête.. literie excellente ! je recommande cet hôtel.

  Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per un weekend.a pochi passi dalla gare du nord e de l'est ha una posizione ideale anche perchè servito dalla metro.camere un pò piccole ma molto accoglienti,bagno efficiente e pulito.colazione abbondante di tipo internazionale a buffet.disponibilità del personale.secondo me una buona scelta tenuto conto il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

  Ma chambre était vraiment petite et située coté 'cour' càdire dommage que le mur au 2me étage (ch. 208) soit moche. le tarif de 80 euros est eccessif puisque la douche est assez ordinaire. la situation proche des 2 gares est excellente c'est pourquoi je le recommanderai ....

  Das hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete lage zum bahnhof gare du nord. das zimmer war zwar sehr klein, aber sauber und ruhig. wir haben eine sehr angenehme zeit verbracht und werden das hotel beim nächsten paris-besuch wieder buchen.

  Room was very clean and in good condition although somewhat small, think room had been refurbished. the policy of trying to reuse magnetic room keys looks cheap and meant that my room key that was issued did not work on both occassions i tried to use it.
