  Le petit dejeuner devrait etre servi plus tot car 7.30 peut etre tard pour ceux qui voyagent pour affaires. le personel est tres gentil , mais a cause de la renovation du jardin interieur le bruit pendant la journee n'etait pas agreable.

  Entièrement satisfaite de mon séjour à l'hôtel queen mary opéra, idéalement situé dans le 8ème arrondissement de paris, à deux pas de la madeleine et des grands boulevards. le personnel toujours souriant, la propreté de la chambre et la qualité du petit déjeuner, buffet appétissant. je recommande vivement cet établissement.

  Hôtel que je juge très bon en temps normal. malheureusement durant les 3 derniers jours de notre séjour (wwekend), l'ascenceur était en panne alors que notre chambre était située au 6° étage, ce qui explique l'évaluation. bien entendu, un tel événement doit être accidentel.

  Salle de bains minuscule, problème d'étanchéité dasn la douche, heureusement on nous a très gentiment proposé de changer de chambre, un peu vétuste pour un 3 étoiles.

  Das angebot über die website war gut und somit der preis; mit den wenigen beeinträchtigungen (das hotelzimmer war sehr klein und die tür zum flur nicht sehr dicht so dass man alles was sich ausserhalb des zimmers abspielte sehr gut hören konnte), total in ordnung.

  Eine funktionierende klimaanlage wäre wünschenswert. zimmer sind zwar niedlich jedoch ein wenig klein. gemütliche lounge. personal zuvorkommend, sogar unsere kühlakkus wurden kommentarlos ins hotelgefrierfach getan. so konnten wir unsere tagesausflüge auch mit gekühlten getränken genießen... ;-) prima is das 24h rezeptionsservice, damit ist das einchecken auch mitten in der nacht möglich...

  It was very warm even with the air con running, but the room had everything and was very clean. the receptionist was very pleasant and so helpfull the location was great especially for shopping.

  Wonderful little boutique hotel in the heart of the shopping and opera district. easy walk to many restaurants.

  La salle de bain pourait être mieux pour un 3 étoiles. surtout l'aspect de la douche ,...ce n'était pas 'appétissant'...joints et robinets usés,.. par contre,..sympa cet apéritif d'accueil dans la chambre...7,5/10 pour cet hôtel

  Ein hotel in der nähe von madelaine. sehr angenehm zum übernachten. ruhig in einer seitenstrasse. auch bei streiks sind wir zu fuß prima zurechtgekommen. personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

  The reception staff are helpful and friendly. they also speak english and we appreciate that. the room is reasonably sizeable in paris. however, the reception area is a bit smelly as the toilet is just opposite to the reception counter. the ventilation can be improved. overall, we enjoy our stay there.

  Le wc est minuscule, on peut al se mouvoir dans la duche ! en plus, écouter un aspirateur en face de la chambre à 9 heures du matin ce n'est pas très agréable... enfin, à ce prix, on peut certainement trouver une chambre meilleure !

  La situación del hotel es bastante buena y las habitaciones son correctas. mi valoración global teniendo en cuenta la calidad-precio de los hoteles en parís es buena, eso si, al ser la segunda noche un domingo el precio era la mitad. si hubiese pagado casi 400 euros por dos noches, mi valoración sería notablemente inferior.

  Le prix du petit déjeûner est exagéré (18 euros) par personne ! lorsque que l'on prend 2 tasses de café, 2 (petits !) croissants et 1 jus d'orange. de plus la chambre supérieure est très mal climatisée, la chaleur est à la limite du supportable et ce n'est pas l'été...

  Bon hotel classique sans être ringard, bien situé. j'ai eu malheureusement une chambre en rdc sur cour, donc très sombre. et quelques cheveux brun traînaient dans la salle de bain. malgré cela, je pense y revenir.
