  Camere poco spaziose e poco accoglienti. bagno minuscolo. i prezzi delle camere sono proporzionati alla qualità dell'hotel. personale talvolta poco accogliente. nota positiva è la vicinanza alla metro.

  Mon appréciation porte sur la chambre que nous avons occupée , qui n'a aucun rapport avec celles que l'on voit sur le site de l'hôtel.pour une location faite aussi longtemps à l'avance il est regrettable de se trouver au 6ème étage quand il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. notre chambre était minuscule, sans aucun rangement. la salle de bain un réduit ,sans rideau de douche (mis le second jour), sans lumière, juste une lampe de chevet posée sur le wc. on nous avait proposé une autre chambre au même étage, du même genre mais avec lumière dans la salle de bain, hélas située côte rue très bruyant, d'où notre choix pour l'autre. pour 70 euros, nous avons déjà eu mieux à paris, et quoiqu'il en soit il est faux d'annoncer un hôtel entièrement rénové. nous n'y retournerons pas.

  Le seul point noir est la douche ; pas moyen de prendre une douche sans inonder toute la salle de bain. ensuite, comme le wc est dans la salle de bain, plus de possibilité d'aller au wc sans chausser des bottes ... dommage ! il faudrait un petit muret pour empêcher l'eau de s'infiltrer dans toute la salle de bain...

  Pregi: ottima posizione sia per la vicinanza a metro,rer e bus che a farmacia,market,bar,bistrot. la pulizia e' discreta, sia del bagno che della camera.ottimo che non ci sia la moquette ma il pavimento in legno.difetti:1. il bagno delle camere con doccia sono i + piccoli mai visti a parigi, hanno le dimensioni di un armadio! meglio scegliere la camera con vasca dove il bagno ha dimensioni + umane. 2. la coperta e il copriletto pelosi trattenendo sporco, polvere, peli e capelli facevano un po' schifetto. 3. anche se eravamo in 2 ci sono stati forniti solo asciugamani per 1 persona (1 da viso e 1 da doccia) e mai cambiati, nonostante la richiesta alla reception. conclusione: abbiamo pagato 60euro la doppia e quindi e' andata benissimo cosi, ma non vale 1 euro in piu'.

  Tout est bon, sauf pour l'isolation qui vient tout gacher, on entends les mouches voler dans la chambre voisine... donc je ne vous parle même pas quand ils parlent...

  Ottimo hotel per chi deve muoversi molto con le metro data la sua vicinanza con la stazione di nation. lo consiglio a tutti. unica pecca è il bagno piccolo.

  The towels were all dirty, with stains and ball of hair inside. they never changed our sheets, or cleaned the floor. there were white stains on the curtains, and everything was dusty. the receptionist was on the phone all the time, and never gave us attention when we asked for clean towels. i don't reccomend this hotel. it was good only for the position (near nation metro station, a big supermarket, good boulangerie)

  Hotel bien situé, accueil cordial, propre, des efforts sur la déco, chambre bien agencée. point négatif: chambre très petite (pas de placard pour les vêtements; oubliez les valises volumineuses, impossible de les placer sauf sur le lit), sanitaires minuscules (déconseillés aux personnes au delà de la taille 44.

  Comme je vous en ai informé en rentrant chez moi, le chauffage ne marchait pas dans notre chambre. certes on nous a donné des couettes supplémentaires mais je considère que lorsque je vais dans un hôtel et de plus en hiver, le chauffage n'est pas un luxe mais quelque chose de nécessaire. donc, forcément déçue. salle de bain vraiment très très petite... peut-être à une autre fois mais j'en doute.

  L'escalier... ha la la , l'escalier ! il vaut mieux le savoir avant et réserver en conséquence, car à partir du 3° étage, ça devient hôôôô.... bon sinon, le style est vraiment sympa ! le p'tit déj... à mon goût il manque la touche à l'anglaise... un p'tit oeuf coque, mais sinon c'est bon petit souci, lors de ce séjour ( le 3° ), la pomme de douche n'avait pas de fixation murale, très bof, pour se laver . et puis les timbales en plastique, bof aussi !

  Pas d'ascenseur, mini chambre, micro salle de bains. la taille de la salle de bains n'exclut pas les commentaires défavorables : plomberie apparente sous le ... lave-mains ; pas de lunette sur le w.c. ; 1.50 m² de sol sans séparation pour les trois équipements (douche, wc, et lave-mains => on marche dans la douche pour se laver les mains, on marche aussi dans les toillettes !) problème d'isolation phonique, il faut espérer avoir des voisins discrets... bon emplacement

  La chambre était petite mais cosy. le moins a été une salle d'eau qui pêchait par manque de place, un lave-main à la place d'un lavabo , une robinetterie qui ne tenait pas, l'absence d'abattant w.c .

  Hotel grazioso, noi avevamo la camera al sesto piano (senza ascensore)..piccola ma carina, pulita e con una bella vista. l'unica pecca è il lavandino del bagno..veramente minuscolo, così piccolo che neanche la barbie riuscirebbe a lavarsi i denti!!!

  Ottima soluzione per chi, come noi, non ha grandi pretese. posizionato in un quartiere di parigi molto tranquillo e ben servito dalle linee della metropolitana (in 15/20 min. si raggiungono tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche). l'unico punto a sfavore riguarda la comodità dei bagni: quello della nostra camera era davvero piccolo e stretto (dubito che una persona sovrappeso possa utilizzare con comodità il wc). globalmente, visto il buon rapporto qualità/prezzo, mi ritengo soddisfatto della scelta.

  Hotel muy bien comunicado con metro y con rer (se puede llegar fácilmente desde los aeropuertos haciendo un solo cambio), buen servicio y atención al público, limpio, sin ascensor, con tv y wifi gratuito. habitaciones demasiado pequeñas, con cama doble muy estrecha enganchada a la pared y baño minúsculo enclaustrado a la fuerza en la habitación. no demasiado insonorizado, y entra algo de luz.

  Nous avons eu droit à une coupure de courant générale pendant un long moment la matinée du samedi, on a du partir avant même la remise en marche, assez désagréable pour se sécher les cheveux quand on sait qu'il fait 2° en extérieur. sinon l'hôtel est bien placé (on cherchait un compromis entre les monuments historiques et disney) et se trouve facilement, la décoration est agréable, les chambres un peu petite mais ça avait du charme. par contre armez vous de courage si tout comme nous vous devez monter les 5 étages à pied avec des valises lourdes !!

  Un hotel sympathique mais sans ascenseur! aprés une journée passée dans les rues de paris, il est difficile de monter 5 étages. la sdb petite mais opérationnelle, à part la porte à glissière qui n'est pas facile d'utilisation. les murs de la chambre n'était pas forcément trés nets : des traces par ci par là... et le draps housse avait des traces de séchages! mais pour passer 2 nuits c'était suffisant. le rapport qualité prix (110€ 2nuits pour 2pers pour un hotel sur paris, facile d'accés par la ligne 6, station nation bien desservie) me parait trés convenable.

  Chambre en effet pas très grande mais propre donc si on y vient juste pour dormir c'est largement suffisant ! emplacement idéal, métro, bus et commerces à proximité. les gardiens de nuit sont très aimables et disponibles. seul problème l'isolation sonore qui est à revoir !

  I don't understand how this hotel earned their two stars... the room was very small, the bathroom was even worse. in the bathroom there were 3 little lights, of which two weren't working and the other one was hanging out on the electricity wire... furthermore there were a lot of minor defects on everything, small cracks in the wall, broken frames, ... also the noise from the room next door and the noise of someone walking up the stairs is quite annoying when trying to have a lay-in!

  L'emplacement, l'accueil ainsi que la décoration sont très bon, en revanche, un très gros effort serait à faire au point de vue de l'isolation phonique des chambres. l'hôtel ne possède pas d'ascenseur, ce qui est bien embêtant quand il faut monter les valises sur 5 étages.

  Accueil très agréable. chambre petite mais bien pensé, salle de bain propre avec séche cheveux. pdj dans une cave superbement décoré et au rapport qualité/prix imbattable !! avons eu la possibilité de faire garder nos bagages le 2eme jour gratuitement... bref un hotel avec une décoration remarquable, un accueil souriant et un rapport qualité/prix étonnant pour paris.

  4 spots basse tension hors d'usage dans la chambre. jamais vu une salle de bains aussi petite dans un hotel. de plus elle était mal isolée acoustiquement (porte coulissante). eviter donc la chambre avec grand lit du quatrième. privilégier les chambres avec lits jumeaux. pour dix euros de plus cela vaut la peine. attention, pas d'ascenseur alors qu'il y a des chambres jusqu'au 5ème.

  Un bon rapport qualité prix (pour paris, évidemment). hotel bien placé, la déco est sympa, surtout la salle de petit déjeuner. six étages sans ascenseur, 110 marches, avis aux amateurs ! personnes peu à l'aise avec les escaliers ou gros bagages s'assurer une chambre au 1er...

  The hotel is very well located and in some aspects looks elegant. however some important aspects are very poor. for example door lock, toilet "sliding" door, and shower curtain. we were lodged in a room with bathtub but the bathtub did not have tap so we could not use it.

  Chambre de bonne divisé en deux pour faire une chambre a 70 euros la nuit je trouve ca cher. de plus sur le site on oubli de dire qu'il n'y a pas d'ascenseur alors 6 etages sans ascenseur c'est moyen surtout pour le pris. les personnes a mobilité reduite pourrai ce faire prendre sans ce petit detail.

  La scortesia di uno in particolare degli addetti alla reception(purtroppo non ho chiesto il nome) è stato un gran brutto biglietto da visita per l'hotel. era scortese e indisponente e quando abbiamo chiesto una camera poco poco più grande, dove oltre noi ci enravano anche le valigie, con prepotenza si voleva rifiutare di darcela mettendo anche in dubbio che avessimo pagato. io e mia moglie siamo arrivati all'hotel il 31.08.2009 intorno alle 22.00 quindi è facile risalire alla persona in questione il mio suggerimento? e' quello di rivedere il personale perchè se uno viene accolto bene torna e lo propone agli amici altrimenti lo sconsiglia a chiunque sta per andare a parigi.

  -pas d'ascenseur, 2 gros bagages de 26kg chacun, et une tendinite ! bagages laissés en bas, sans aucune garantie de gardiennage. -paiement immédiatement demandé malgré l’emprunte de cb laissée sur le site lors de réserva ( d’ailleurs modifiée cause erreur site), et avant que j'ai vu la chambre ! 1ère fois alors que j'ai l'habitude de voyager, notamment à l'étranger. puis me suis rendue compte que je ne pouvais régler par carte american express, alors que c'était le numéro de celle-ci que j'avais pu fournir lors de ma résa par internet, et alors que mon choix s'était porté sur cet hôtel, motivé notamment par le paiement par cette carte ... -hôtel à peine refait, un certain goût de décoration malgré la petitesse des chambres, tout de même confortables, mais une réalisation des plus médiocre. traces de pieds sur la porte non peinte de séparation de la sdb,...etc... pas de clim. et des chambres qui donnent sur un boulevard, bruyant !

  Bonjour, nous avions une chambre les moins bruyantes. petite mais avec un peu d'espace pour circuler. l'hôtel mise beaucoup sur la déco... plus la forme que le fond. la jeune fille était beaucoup plus agréable que la gente masculine. le hic était qu'au niveau de la "bagagerie" n'importe qui pouvait prendre le bagage qu'il voulait. il n'y avait pas forcément quelqu'un pour surveiller. mais sincèrement, nous y retournerons mais avec le même numéro de chambre. bien à vous. ld de biarritz.

  La nostra camera era la sesto piano, ma il numero delle scale (6 rampre, più o meno tre piani di un palazzo normale) non è stato un problema. il bagno, piccolo si, ma non impossibile da vivere, veniva pulito giornalmente, mentre le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono stati cambiati una volta in sei notti.ho letto di persone a cui non sono stati forniti nè saponette, nè asciugamani all'arrivo in stanza, ma da noi c'era tutto. un altro neo è stato sicuramente il caldo nella stanza, impossibile rimanerci nel pomeriggio perchè diventava una sauna!nel complesso ho trovato gli arredamenti e l'ambiente dell'albergo piacevoli, i receptionists sono stati cordiali e la posizione è eccellente, con tanto di boulangerie e supermercato nelle vicinanze. lo consiglio a tutti, senza avere troppe pretese sulla grandezza delle stanze.

  This was a lovely little hotel very conveniently placed 30secs from the metro into the centre of paris (5min journey) or walking (20mins) and for the rer to disneyland (25min journey). the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the room was small but very nice, with a small clean modern bathroom, and interesting decor! the building was a lovely old parisian apartment block. value for money was amazing! definatley reccomend it :)

  Notre séjour c'est globalement bien passé, mais le premier jour la chambre n'a pas été faite, de plus le personnel de réception manque de tact en nous demandant sans cesse de régler dès l'arrivée et de payer les petits déjeuners au jour le jour..ayant travaillé dans le même secteur je trouve ça un peu stressant d'autant plus qu'ils ont le numéro de cb en garantie... c'est dommage car l'hôtel à un certain charme et est vraiment bien placé dans paris.

  If i were to recommend the hotel it would only be to someone with not a lot of money and with a high tolerance for small spaces. the hotel should be non-smoking: one of the desk clerk’s smoked which made thee lobby unpleasant. the hotel's front door was difficult to open and did not close by itself: it scraped along the floor. similarly, the door to my room (#12) did not open easily: it too scraped along the floor. the thin metal plate on the bottom of the room door was peeling off. this was true for other doors on my floor. there was no hook in the room to hang my coat; one could easily have been installed in the entry area. the staff at the hotel were all very nice, pleasant, warm, friendly and welcoming. they almost made up for the small size of the room!

  Siamo rimasti veramente insoddisfatti .la pulizia delle camere (siamo stati spostati 2 volte in 6 giorni ) e del bagno era vergognosa!!!!! le dimensioni del bagno ridicole , neanche fosse quello dei nani di biancaneve!!!!!!!!!!!!!non pretendevamo certo un posto di lusso ma una stalla sarebbe stata sicuramente meglio !!!! il termosifone perdeva un sacco di acqua e l odore di muffa e di chiuso era stagnante!!! personale sicuramente cortese e disponibile ma sicuramente non ci ritorneremo

  Lage des hotels ist top, direkt beim place de la nation, wo einige wichtige metro-linien und der rer zusammen kommen. hotel ist sehr nett eingerichtet, hat aber keinen lift (für uns egal da wir im ersten stock wohnten). zimmer sind sehr klein, v.a. das badezimmer, aber sauber und gut isoliert, nur etwas überheizt! hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. frühstück hatten wir keins, gleich neben dem hotel ist ein kleines cafe wo man relativ billig frühstücken kann. für den preis ein wirklich sehr empfehlenswertes hotel!

  Chambre 52, 5ème étage sans ascenseur, on le savait à l'avance ... mais j'avoue que la taille de la salle de bain laisse perplexe. comment disposer lavabo, toilettes et douche dans 2 m² ? demandez à l'archi du camélia, il fallait oser/y songer (au choix). le passage le temps d'une nuit reste malgré tout possible (si si, on a réussi à dormir!), sauf si on a le dos fragile sur une literie approximative. naîfs provinciaux, vous resterez sans doute ébahis comme nous qu'une si belle prestation puisse être proposée à 60 euros la nuit ... but paris is paris.

  If you are looking for a centrally located luxury parisian hotel this is not the one for you. if however you are more interested in a charmingly quirky hotel in one of the less fashionable areas of paris then you are on to a winner. the centre of the city is 15minutes away by metro (which is a 2minute walk from the door) or you can take a scenic stroll to the jardin des plantes/notre dame area in just under half an hour. the nation area is a more authentic & calming parisian quartier than many popular with tourists with numerous bars/restaurants & the ubiquitous nightly game of boules undertaken by the locals at the main square. this hotel has no lift, no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms & bathrooms that you could definately not swing a cat in-if these things are important to you then look elsewhere. i whole heartedly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for something that truly represents good value for money and a hotel that's just that little bit different.

  Hotel vraiment très bien, seul petit point négatif, les six etages a monter a pied :/ mais bon étant jeunes, et pour 3 jours, c'était très largement faisable! sinon, très bon accueil, très bien situé (a proximité de tous les métros et pr nous qui voulions visiter c'était parfait!)! nous avons passé qq jours très agréables à paris, et cet hotel y a largement contribué! merci au personnel!

  I think the pillow and mattress were in poor quality and it made sleep uncomfortable, and even had back pain when woke up. besides, the space in toilet was too limited and the shower tap could be considered to fix on the wall so as to make taking bath a more convenient activity in a narrow space. apart from the weakness, it is a hotel of averaged quality with reasonable price in a convenient lcoation.

  The room and bathroom were clean, we were not bothered by noise from other guests. windows are double-pane for extra sound insulation. no elevator, and rooms are on floors 2 - 7 (as americans count them, floors 1 - 6 as the french do.) about a block from nation metro station, which has 4 different lines running through it. many streets converge at place de la nation. to find rue phillippe auguste easily: the figure atop the central monument is pointing to it with her outstretched right hand.

  Sehr kleine zimmer mit minimaler ausstattung. noch nicht mal einen kleiderschrank oder andere ablagemöglichkeiten und sehr sehr kleines bad. könnte sauberer sein. fenster nicht richtig geschlossen, sehr laut von außen. frühstück sehr schlecht, nur ein croissant und baguette mit abgepackter butter und marmelade in einem sehr dunklen raum. sehr antiquiertes hotel, zudem muß man einige metro-stationen fahren, um ins zentrum zu kommen. nicht empfehlenswertes hotel !

  The value for this hotel is the location (near metro) and price. this is a good budget hotel. we found the double room to be average but the street noise too much because the window lock was broken. we stayed over 7 days and had fresh towels daily but the bed sheets were not changed once. the shower curtain was too short so water leaked on the floor every time. the staff was friendly and helpful. the night time desk person was especially nice. he always greeted us goodnight.

  The staff were very friendly and helpfull. the room was on the 6th floor and there was no lift :( the room itself was tiny but this is normal for paris hotel. good value for money if you are staying there for a short time.

  Hotel situado en una zona con buenas comunicaciones en metro, rer y autobuses. supermercado, bancos y restaurantes en la zona. las habitaciones no son muy grandes, por no decir el cuarto de baño. no tiene ascensor, así que mas vale que no os toque la ultima planta, como en nuestro caso. pdt: absteneros de comprar agua mineral contrex, horrible!!!!

  J'ai testé 2 chambres. la 31 double avec bain est très confortable. la chambre 34 double avec douche a une salle de bain visiblement rajoutée dans la chambre mais elle n'offre aucun confort.il ne suffit pas de mettre un lit double pour avoir une chambre double. c'est une chambre simple avec un grand lit. l'état des serviettes laisse à désirer.

  Niedliches kleines hotel mit guter bahnanbindung. metro und rer nur 2 minuten zu fuß entfernt. empfangsbereich nett und deutschsprachig. sonstiges personal spricht leider nur französisch. das bad (zi 43) wurde wohl gerade neu renoviert. zimmer war sauber und tägl. handtuchwechsel. das frühstück was typisch für frankreich, baguette, 2 croissons, marmelade, kaffee (nur mit viel milch genießbar), tee und orangensaft. ein supermarkt befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden seite im kreisverkehr. also allen die sich für dieses hotel entscheiden, einen schönen aufenthalt in paris.

  The hotel is just average alover. but is very intimate and the location is very good not so busy area ( place du nation ) but very close with all the atractions( by the way do not forget that the metro in paris and public transportantion is well designed and you can reack everywhere from anywhere. the hotel is generaly tide and offers a nice home felling.

  The hotel and the services from the hotel are very good, i had a very nice stay there, if i came back i would like to stay in these same hotel again. the only negative thing is that it doesn't have elevator, but is not a big problem.
