  Nous avons particulièrement apprécié, outre la situation géographique de l'hôtel, son petit-déjeuner avec jus d'oranges fraîchement pressées....assez rare pour être noté!

  Hotel con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.personale gentile e disponibile.la pulizia delle camere è molto buona.la posizione è ottima:la fermata della metro e della rer è a pochi passi dall'albergo.la zona è molto tranquilla e vi è disponibilità di ristoranti con prezzi per tutte le tasche.

  The things that were important for my choice were the following and in this order. 1) cleanliness and personal shower and wc facilities - the hotel lived up to this 110%. 2) breakfast included. 3) friendliness - the hotel lived up to this 110% 4) wifi included - great detail and it worked without any problems 5) location - this for us was less significant, but did add to the enjoyment of our stay.

  L'hôtel en lui même est trés calme, mais la petite chambre que j'occupais au 6ème est trés mal isolée de la chambre à sa gauche; certes j'avais des voisins qui parlaient particulièrement fort mais quand même j'avais l'impression que la cloison était en carton. a part ça trés bien personnel,propreté, emplacement, rapport qualité prix

  Débrancher les télés entre 24h et 6h30 ou bloquer le son à un niveau ne pouvant être entendu dans la chambre voisine (cela se fait dans d'autres hotels)j'ai du me manifester auprès de mon voisin à minuit et j'ai été réveillé par sa télé de mon voisin à 5h30 !!!

  El único pero es que el primer día para que se abriera la puerta del ascensor le tuvimos que dar con la mano. luego en la habitación, la pintura del techo estaba un poco desconchada y algún azulejo del baño roto, pero poca cosa.

  While the room was an ok size for paris, the soundproofing within the hotel was not good. no street noise as the windows were secure and double glazed, but the noise from the room above was very bad. sqeeky floor with the upstairs tenant(s) up and about all night, each of the two nights i was there. future booking should be for the top floor. otherwise an average to good hotel at a reasonable rate for the center of paris. an american living in brussels.... and happy to be here.

  C'est un notre home parisien. la première fois que j'ai été à l'hôtel astrid j'avais 15 ans, j'en ai 52 et j'y emmène ma famille qui apprécie tout autant que moi l'acceuil qu'on nous y réserve et le côté charming des chambres.

  Staff were extremely helpfull particularly with dinner reservations as our french was poor. a suggestion would be if they could put a few armchairs/sofa in the breakfast/reception area to allow guests relax read a paper etc in afternnon as the rooms are small.

  We loved this location (very easy access to metro, a pharmacy and 2 convenience stores, interesting and safe neighborhood)! the staff was terrific. breakfast, too, was great. room was very small but comparable to other boutique hotels at this rate in paris, we hear, and was charming and well-designed. we were grateful for the free wi-fi. a leaky shower door and very very thin walls and ceilings were our only complaints--we were awakened every night, many times, by footfalls and voices of neighbors. if we stay again we will request top floor only.

  Our room was very small,but that was not a problem as we were out for most of the day. even though we were not able to hear other guests through the walls, the wooden floors creaked a lot so we heard guests walking in the room above us and no doubt the guests in the room below heard us. a plus for us was that the staff spoke english and was very accommodating

  Bonne petite structure avec un bon rapport qualité/prix, même si la chambre est un peu petite - hôtel rénové, propre, avec salle petit déjeuner agréable - buffet petit pd bon et varié- excellente situation géographique - facilité de déplacement avec accès facile et à pied métro proche et arret bus air france . personnel aimable- a recommander sans problème-

  Nous nous installons systématiquement dans cet hôtel à paris depuis bientôt...30 ans. nous le connaissons bien et l'apprécions surtout pour son bon accueil et sa localisation. hélas, l'évolution des prix nous amène à devoir raccourcir les séjours. le parking aisé en sous-sol (vinci) est un plus. l'hôtel pourrait peut-être convenir de tarifs spéciaux acvec les responsables du parking. très belle rénovation de la salle du petit déjeuner ( bien que les sièges soient un peu bas). excellent accueil par la direction !

  Sarebbe opportuno che il personale si sforzasse di parlare un pò in italiano, almeno le cose essenziali. comunque albergo con una posizione eccellente. peccato che abbia il pavimento delle stanze che fa rumore e non sia del tutto isonorizzato. la nostra stanza era abbastanza vecchia con la carta da parati staccata.

  L'arc de triomphe à notre portée, de même que la station de métro.tout autour des réstos et des brasseries sympas, une petite épicerie ouverte jusqu'à deux heures du matin, l'hotel est trés bien situé.un personnel agréable et souriant, des chambres confortables, et surtout des nuits trés calmes.

  The room was otherwise nice and kept clean but it smelled like somebody was constantly smoking a fat cigar. you got use to the smell after entering the room but all my belongings smelled awful after returning home. i had great difficulties to clean non-washable items.

  Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait pas de chambre type supérieur disponible ! nous avons reçu 2 petities chambres. pas idéal pour loger avec un enfant. les chambres ne sont pas non fumeurs donc odeur ! néanmoins, le personnel a essayé de trouver une solution le lendemain !

  Location wise it was excellent with subway/rer nearby as well as local services such as a restaurant, bakery, convenience store. rooms were small and noise travelled easily but everything was very clean and well maintained. we were on the 6th floor and had a view of the arc d'triomphe from our small balcony. loved it!

  Air conditioning did not work, street noise prevented opening window as alternative. bed comprised 2 single beds squashed against the wall. with bunk beds also in room. no way was this a superior room, compared to other rooms on landing which we viewed. towel provision was inadequate for 2 people. bbc tv channel was listed but only became available on third of 4 nights. staff were always friendly. breakfast adequate.

  We love the hotel astrid and the people associated with it. bridgette and the others are great!! we requested to come back a day early and bridgette was very accommodating and helpful. we loved the view from our room of the arc de triumph and also the location of the hotel in general. we will definitely recommend to others and would love to come back again.

  The staff is very friendly. the location is great, and the breakfast is excellent for european standards. however, the rooms are small and have poor sound insulation. the shower is only partly closed. so when having a shower, the water sprinkles and wets the bathroom's floor, that becomes very wet and dangerously slippery.

  Lo mejor la ubicacion, lo peor eramos 2 adultos y una niña, nos dieron una habitacion con 2 camas pequeñisimas y la supletoria era normal pero hacia mucho ruido. el suelo cruje por lo que oyes todos los movimientos del vecino de arriba. muy amables.

  My wife and i enjoyed our time in paris, and the accommadations were excellant. the entire staff were friendly, and helpful. the rooms were very clean, and quiet. i look forward to returning to the same hotel in the future. i would highly recommand the aristad hotel..
