  On sens l'humidité dans les chambres, les chambres sont mal aérés parfois

  Nice and warm during the cold weather of this winter. this was a superior room at only euro 20 per night extra - so there was lots of space. hotel is very convenient for the shops and the paris bus tour. staff very helpful - with good english if your french is rusty.

  Excellement situé près de l'opéra, dans une rue calme, personnel attentionné. j'ai eu la chance d'être installée dans une chambre supérieure double (photo sur site) au lieu de la la chambre simple prévue qui se serait révélée certainement très petite (cf plan hôtel) et sûrement moins jolie. hôtel très "cosy" et raffiné (multiples marches avant ascenseur à l'entresol)

  Je regrette ne pas avoir eu le temps de prendre le petit déjeuner - je suppose que tout ce que vous proposiez était appétissant. donc je reviendrai.

  Il fait très chaud dans les chambres; l'hôtel gagnerait à chauffer un peu moins mais pour le reste, un séjour parfait et un accueil très agréable

  Chambre étroite (mais n'est-ce pas le cas de la majorité des hôtels parisiens??) et température dans la chambre extrêmement élevée. l'accueil est cependant trè sympathique et la situation est idéale.

  Il serait préférable de changer les portes de chambres afin d'améliorer l'isolation phonique (espace de 1.5cm entre le seuil et le dessous de porte)

  Excellente situation au centre de paris à 2 pas du métro et de l'opéra. accueil impeccable et très belle chambre !

  Superbe télé avec écran plat , mais la qualité de l'image sur certaines chaines était franchement mauvaise. enfin , nous n'étions pas à paris pour passer la journée devant la télé.

  I was unhappy about the internet service available and found it inefficient and expensive i also asked for a wake up phone call on day of departure and this did not happen...luckily i woke up in time.

  Chris tara and rob from calgary, canada stayed in paris jan 3-9. great location. staff was really friendly and helpful to us. room was simple yet clean. we wanted for nothing save for maybe a coffee maker in the room. the only thing we thought was the breakfast (at 14 euros each) was a little expensive for the continental breakfast provided. we had a fab time. highly recommend this hotel. great value for the money. not sure if it measures up in price during the high season.

  Hotel con logistica perfetta sia per turismo che per chi va per lavoro(visita vetrine ecc) ci sono una quantita' di servizi (metro-open tour-autobus ,bar-ristoranti ecc.) facilmente fruibili.molta cordialita' e personale che parla varie lingue.
