  Tres bon hotel, propre, personnel tres accueillant. bonne situation geographique. le seul petit bemol etait le choix et la qualite du petit dejeuner. les pains et viennoiseries n'etaient pas tres frais. l'hotel est situe en plein coeur de paris, je pense qu'on trouve des boulangeries facilement pour servir chaque matin, des croissants et baguettes fraiches...

  L'ambiance de l'hôtel est très agréable. le personnel attentif. l'isolation par rapport au bruit des autres chambres pourrait être meilleure. le pare-douche de ma chambre était insuffisant.

  L'hôtel est situé au calme près d'un square. la chambre pour 3 est assez spacieuse, par contre la baignoire à disposition est trop petite. le personnel est accueillant.

  We hebben geboekt voor drie nachten. dit hotel is voor de ligging tov le gare du nord goed. een auto parking ligt niet veraf. goede ontvangst aan de receptie. teveel lawaai tussen de kamers en geen champoo en zeep de laatste dag. goed voor een verblijf van een nacht. prijs kwaliteit 5 op 10

  Das frühstück könnte reichhaltiger sein, vor allem wäre mehr obst schön - und frisches baguette!

  Sehr gute fußläufige lage zu bahnhof, metro und zahlreichen sehenswürdigkeiten. sehr freundlicher, unkomplizierter service - englisch kein problem! das früstück wurde selbst nicht genutzt, sah aber sehr gut aus. wir haben lediglich den kaffee am ersten morgen probiert und waren sehr angetan. insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes hotel für einen mehrtägigen stadturlaub.

  L'acceès à la rue à partir du métro n'est pas évident, (pas au même niveau), et l'utilisation de la douche impossible avec le rideau, taille du bac trop petit, le rideau un fois déroulé cole au corps. j'ai donc du me doucher sans rideau, ce qui a entrainé de l'eau dans toute la salle de bain. ceci est dommage car c'est vraiment le seul point négatif de cette chambre par ailleurs neuve et très propre.

  Hôtel à recommander. 2 petites remarques pourtant : le rideau de douche autour du bac c'est dépassé. l'electricité statique générée attire le rideau sur votre peau et est d'un inconfort absolu. d'autre part la salle du petit déjeuner est trop petite pour acceullir tout le monde. le reste bien

  Hôtel très bien situé, dans un environnement calme ce qui est fort appréciable ! chambre rénovée récemment suffisamment spacieuse, salle de bain vaste et bien agencée. j'ai apprécié le wifi gratuit dans les chambres. une petite ristourne lors du règlement de la chambre au départ : un geste commercial que l'on voit de moins en moins en métropole ! je reviendrai.

  Accueil exceptionnel, rare de rencontrer des personnes aussi avenantes dans la capitale. je ne peux que recommander l'hôtel et n'hésiterai pas à y retourner lors d'un prochain séjour.

  Excellent rapport qualité/prix pour cet hôtel charmant situé dans une rue calme. la chambre était très confortable et très agréable avec mise à disposition d'un coffre-fort. un petit plateau proposant thé et café serait un plus.

  Splendido hotel situato in una posizione ottima per visitare la citta' e ben servito dai mezzi pubblici. molto gentile e disponibile il personale. sicuramente un hotel dove torneremo per il prossimo soggiorno a parigi.

  We had a fantastic holiday in this hotel, the staff was very friendly and helpful. the rooms were clean and the location is perfect. i can really recommend this hotel.

  Les chambes ont besoin d'une rénovation! l'isolation sonore des chambres et très mauvaise, envers les chambres voisines (ont entend très bien ce que le voisin fait dans la salle de bains) bien que vers la rue!

  We have stayed in du pre hotels on many occasions and have never been disappointed. this one was no exception. it has the further advantage of being in a fairly secluded square within walking distance of the gare du nord eurostar terminus with some excellent restaurants and two metro stations nearby. add staff, second to none, and what more could you want.

  Le personnel de l'hôtel est très accueillant et fort sympathique. ils sont disponible et serviable. en plus il est proposé un service de parking automobile négocié a très bon prix.

  Wifi was better than my home network! and free! this is a charming hotel; they even had a christmas tree and fireplace. we had another paris for several years, until it was sold, hotel du pre will replace it. everything we wanted to see on this trip was on metro line 7; metro station cadet is clean and two blocks away.

  Cet hôtel (16 rue pierre sémard) référencé en 3 étoiles, n'est en réalité qu'un 2 étoiles. il n'y avait pas de douche dans ma chambre, alors qu'elle figurait sur les descriptifs, et la température de l'eau se règle par un simple mélangeur et non un mitigeur. l'accueil est sympathique et le prix de 75 euros à paris est très correct.

  Für leute um die 45 + ist das zimmer zu klein. die rückzugsmöglichkeit ist so nicht wirklich gegeben. aber das zimmer der service, lage sonst wirklich sehr symphatisch und gut.

  Insulation very bad - could hear the bathroom of the adjoining rooms and people in coridoors very clearly. the night porter was a bit rude when we ordered a drink at half eleven, he obvioulsly did not like to be disturbed. otherwise the staff and hotel were very satisfactory.

  êrte reveillé à 2h00 du matin par des percussions puis ensuite par la police qui etait incapable de localiser d'où venait le bruit, pas vraiement genial! nous entendions jusqu'au bruit des chaises tirées sur le sol!

  L'hotel a bien un parking mais ce n'est pas celui de la place monthollon. attention à bien demander sa localisation car sinon vous payez le prix fort (24 e la nuit) et il a fallu négocier avec l'accueil de l'hotel pour obtenir un dédommagement !!
