  Merci beaucoup pour votre service nous ayant facilité la reservation et l'accés à l'hotel choiseul opéra. l'acceuil était chaleureux et les services impécables. je le recommande vivement à tout ceux qui désirent passer un séjour à paris.

  Camera molto molto sporca, sia lenzuola che moquette. i rubinetti si muovevano tutti e la doccia funzionava solo quando ne aveva voglia. addirittura era rotta la maniglia e quindi la porta del bagno, bruttissima da vedere e non funzionale.

  Je cherchais justement à vous écrire! hôtel bien situé en effet. chambre à 1 lit pour une fois de grandeur...normale - c'est rare. a recommander chambres côté cour pour tranquillité - la rue semble tout de même animée, mais nous sommes en quartier "passant". petit-déj' furgal pour le prix demandé: on pourrait penser aux yaourts, céréales et fromage, ce qui impliquerait libre-service, courant de nos jours.

  La chambre était minuscule, le pommeau de la douche était plein de tartre et le tuyau du pommeau se pliait quand on se mettait debout, ce qui coupait l'arrivée de l'eau... limite pour un 3 étoiles...

  Pour un 3 étoiles, le prix de la chambre est surfait. les nuits furent très bruyantes: bruit constant de soufflerie et musique d'un bistrot adjacent jusqu'aux petites heures du matin! la chambre était propre mais mériterait un coup de peinture... lit petit, pas de climatisation (pourtant référencé sur leur site). ascenceur minuscule et système d'éclairage de la chambre assez bizarre. bref, un hôtel très moyen!

  This is a vvv good hotel, with nice staff and in a very good location, near opera, a metro station and a very nice japanese restaurant! i stayed in a 3 bed room with my mom and my sister, the room size was perfect, 2 single beds and a double. its my 3rd time in paris and i recommend this one as my favourite.

  People were friendly and the hotel is located in a great spot. the cost of the room was good and very warm! but, the room needed new curtains and new bedcovers, more plugs. noise came from the street (bars below) and from the room above ours. extra bed needed a few more cms.

  arrivée en soirée,j'ai garé ma voiture rue louis legrand,celle ci fut enlevé et mis à la pré fourrière.il semble que le phénomène est monnaie courante, l'hotel le sachant devrait prevenir les clients qu'il y a le marché le samedi matin et qu'il est préférable de se gare ailleurs!!!!!!

  Buona ed ampia camera dell'hotel, vicino al metro olympia e vicinissimo all'uscita metro avenue olympia. dietro al teatro c'è la fermata del roissybus per l'aeroporto cdg ogni 15 minuti. personale cortese e disponibile. ottimo consiglio per lo spettacolo paradis latin e per il ristorante george vicino all'hotel, dove si mangia divinamente francese, accompagnati dal pianoforte suonato con maestria da giovanni, un oriundo siciliano anziano che conosce la bella musica italiana, napoletana, francese ed americana.

  Ich würde das hotel nicht weiterempfehlen aus dem einfachen grunde, dass es unmöglich war nachts zu schlafen. schräg gegenüber befand sich ein pub und disco und erst morgens um 5 uhr hat der lärm aufgehört. es war unmöglich schlaf zu finden. ansonsten war das hotel in ordnung.

  L'hôtel dispose d'une localisation intéressante pour les personnes souhaitant à la fois visiter (proximité du louvre, du musée arts déco etc...), sortir (proximité de multiples théatres, opéra garnier) ou faire du shopping (bd haussman à 10 min à pieds) au tarif proposé par fastbooking (79€ la nuit) c'est intéressant mais à 170 € (tarif affiché en chambre) le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas du tout le même. si l'on prend l'exemple de la chambre 308, elle est vieillotte, la moquette présente de grosses auréoles, le lit est couvert d'un dessus de lit fatigué et d'une couverture tout aussi usée, le coin douche est minuscule. le tout est propre mais vaut la somme payée, soit 79€. a ce tarif, je recommanderai l'hôtel du fait de sa localisation.

  Located very near the opera and wonderful shopping at lafayette. a few steps away from the 2nd stop of the l'open tour bus for the grand paris tour. madame and butler were very warm and accomodating. very helpful. the room was for a single. clean and peaceful. no scenery but just stayed overnight to sleep after a whole day of sightseeing. bar beside the hotel, brasserie in front, other restaurants right outside the door. would recommend to friends and would most likely stay in again for future visits. the price is good and affordable.

  Nous avions la chambre 208 à l'hotel, d'une taille très agréable (et surprenante pour paris), la sdb était très petite mais fonctionnelle. cette chambre était située dans l' angle ce qui explique surement ses dimensions car je pense que les autres chambres sont beaucoup plus petites.

  Il est absolument inadmissible qu'en 2009 de n'avoir pu bénéficier d'une connexion wifi qui fonctionne pendant mon séjour. le mot de passe communiqué par la personne qui était à l'accueil ne fonctionnait pas et il n'avait aucune procédure écrite de connexion au réseau wifi et donc du mot de passe.

  Hotel molto semplice ed essenziale, ma con posizione davvero ottima per partire alla scoperta della città. i bagni sono un po' datati, ma questa è una caratteristica di molti hotel parigini di pari categoria. buona la qualità dei materassi e l'isolamento acustico (eravamo al 1° piano lato strada ed abbiamo dormito benissimo).

  For the price i paid (e.119) per night, it was an excellent hotel. this is not a luxury hotel but for my purpose it was perfect; it was near opera garnier, walking distance to lourve, excellent restaurants, gallery laffayette, metro (you name it). very helpful and friendly staff. hotel was very clean and comfortable. there was some noise from the tavern outside but i had ear plug.

  We would return to this hotel. we didnt have breakfast but there are plenty of cafe's in the area. bed was comfortable but the lift was the size of a coffin! we felt very safe walking in the area late at night.

  Upon arrival at the hotel i was told that they did not have my booking for the 16th june as they had written it down as the 17th june. despite being emailed the booking date and it appearing on the computer, due to failiure to check this, they did not have a room for me. instead of then trying to help me find a room in the area, i was told to walk to the tourism office to find a room. frankly awful service and unhelpful staff.

  Le personnel est très sympathique ainsi que le service ! très bon week end dans l'hotel ! je suis une jeune maman avec un enfant et il ont même réservée un lit de voyage pour mon enfant . l'hotel est vraiment bien située , proche de tous ! le seul point négatif est l'ascenseur , il est vraiment très petit max 2 pers .

  I'd avoid street side room especially on weekend nights because there is a noisy bar that went late into the night on friday and saturday night. maryse was very helpful and a real joy to work with. the man who covered the night shift was also great but i didn't get his name.

  Very friendly and helpful staff. the lady at reception was hilarious and very friendly. it made the stay much more enjoyable. the hotel has a great location and it represents a good value for money. try to avoid the bottom floors if possible given the noise from the roads.

  Matelas à changer, extrêmement mou. je recommanderais l'hôtel à un ami, en lui suggérant de vérifier le matelas de la chambre. la salle de bain très belle et rénovée.

  When i booked the hotel i knew what to expect given the price and location. a big factor for me was noise as i am a light sleeper. the room was ok - bed not particularly new (could use a new mattress), but the smell was horrific - like someone had cooked bacon in there. the noise was unbelievable though - i could hear the people above me going to the toilet, flushing etc, and could hear every footstep coming up the stairwell (as the room was right next to that). everything that was happening in the hall i knew about! i had to check out the next day and did not end up spending the night there. however, the staff (particularly the day manager - a lady) was extremely nice and sympathetic. i'm sure there were other rooms which were great - this room was just awful - compared to what you can get elsewhere for a little more.

  Le prix est élevé, sans doute dû à la localisation. nous nous attendions à une chambre de meilleure qualité, plus spacieuse puisqu'annoncée "quadruple". a 4 nous aurions été très serrés. la baignoire aussi était petite. par contre les wc séparés c'est un bon point. un bar sous les fenêtres a été responsable de bruit jusque très tard, mais on ne peut pas leur en vouloir c'était la nuit du réveillon du nouvel an.

  The quality of the wecome depends a lot on the person at the desk. the late night youngish man is very friendly and jocking. the lady has ups and downs but the other older man is quite grumpy and not very welcoming.

  En effet, la chambre malgré les efforts de la femme de ménage, reste sale à cause d'un grand nombre de taches sur la moquette. il faudrait vraiment la changer. dommage aussi qu'on entend vraiment beaucoup les bruits de la rue car l'insonorisation par rapport aux chmabres avoisinantes est excellente.

  Un buon albergo, centrale, nuovo ristrutturato, pulito, sull'accoglienza sufficiente, chi riceve un ospite, turista dovrebbe sempre sorridere e accogliere il cliente, fatto in maniera abbastanza ridotte dalla reception. grazie della disponibilità.

  I would recommend this hotel for its location. but the noise factor needs to be stressed. we stayed in room 10 and there is a piano bar underneath which plays music well into the morning. we could not sleep. sound insulation is a real problem. perhaps one can offer a discount to those on the 1st floor as the noise is unbelievable.

  Ubicacion inmejorable a una cuadra de la opera garnier. recomendaria el hotel sin vacilar. habitacion y banho grandes para el padron de paris. el ascensor es diminuto, dos personas con maletas no entran en el. la isonorizacion de las habitaciones, es realmente un problema, se escucha absolutamente todo. el gran problema durante mi estacia fue el calor, 30 grados en paris, la habitacion disponia de aire acondicionado, pero, como aun no era verano, estaba bloqueado, y pasar una noche placentera, fue realmente dificil.

  I stayed there for two nights prior to taking a trip north. when i returned for two more nights, i felt like i was coming home. i was greeted with warmth, smiles, and great service, the location is superb! i will definitely stay there again if i'm ever fortunate enough to get back to paris.

  L'hotel è in una posizione ottima.la camera che mi è stata assegnata era silenziosa perchè affacciava sul lucernario interno. ritengo che la camera non sia di qualità consona ad un 3 stelle. arredamento vecchio e veramente minimo. stesso dicasi per il bagno. andrebbe sicuramente rimodernato. camera piccola per essere una doppia. il giudizio rimane tuttavia positivo per la posizione. di sicuro molto idoneo per giovani, meno per adulti.

  Front desk staff especially marisa is great! she's very helpful in giving us directions and suggestions. the location was excellent, within walking distance to practically everywhere in paris. my only comment was the nearby harry's bar could be too noisy when you are trying to sleep at night. in addition, housekeeping could use a better vacuum in cleaning the carpet. otherwise, it is an excellent hotel, much better than a previous more expensive hotel that we had used in the past.

  Great location. friendly and helpful staff, they all speak english at the front desk. lots of restaurants and snack places in the area. it's right in the center of paris and you can walk everywhere from where the hotel is located, or you can take the metro, there are 2 metro stations nearby (3 minutes walking). all of this for a great price!!! i would and will stay there again in the future. i highly recommend this hotel.
