  1 receptionniste brune a ete tres sympathique,1 autre blonde ne l'a pas du tout ete et l homme d entretien ou celui qui s occupe des pobelles a ete tres desagreable et n'a pas repondu quand je lui ai dit bonjour ! !!!!!

  The hotel was beautiful and the room size was perfect for 2 people. the location couldn't be beat. the front desk staff were very helpful and always had a smile on their faces. thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

  I would have liked to book moulin rouge prior to arriving and although i sent many requests i could not get an answer about gettting tickets other than you dealt with many agencies. when i got there the receptionist was able to ring from your foya brochure and find out there were no tickets if this was done when i emailed we have secured two tickets!! otherwise service was excellent we had a problem with airline booking and the receptionist helped sort it out very very good. speaking of english with staff was very helpful. excellent location.

  Hôtel très bien situé, à 2 mn du métro etoile (direct depuis la gare de lyon). restaurants et snacks à proximité. accueil très chaleureux. chambre petite, mais calme et confortable. bonne adresse.

  La salle du petit déjeuner n'est pas terrible (sous-sol avec arrivée sur le linge, cadre standard). sur le reste aucune observation.

  Great value when booked on your website. room very small but very nice and clean. excellent location, wifi should be included in the price, dont understand why in france you always have to pay extra for this service. also breakfast is a bit expensive. poor welcome when we arrived around lunchtime, the girl at the reception wasnt very helpful/friendly.

  Wie andere auch schon bemerkt haben, ist das zimmer sehr klein. aber für besucher, so wie wir, die den ganzen tag in der stadt unterwegs sind, ist die lage optimal (nur 200 m bis zur metro, champs-elysees und arc de triomphe.). wir hatten ein zimmer richtung hof null aussicht dafür bei offenem fenster geschlafen.

  Situation de l'hôtel très appréciable, personnel sympathique et serviable. chambre un peu petite mais confortable. bon rapport qualité prix avec l'offre faites sur le site. on reviendra sûrement.

  Good hotel, located near the arc de triumph, within walking distance of the champs elyssess. very good location, with metro stops near by and good restaurants all around. we opted for breakfast outside the hotel and it was easy to find and inexpernsive.

  Price of continental breakfast perhaps a little high, however that is our only criticism. a very good hotel indeed. positive feedback submitted to hotel directly and to tripadvisor. would certainly stay again.

  Very pleasant staff. hotel is very well located. our room was on the ground floor looking on to an enclosed yard, so it was dark. this didn't spoil our stay as we were out and about most of the time.

  Great hotel in a very strategic point of paris, close to etoile and of course to metro. there are a lot of cafè and bistro close to the hotel and also a cheap supermarket on the champs elisee. anyway, the room are a little bit small, but it is ok to sleep. just one complain is regarding the cleaning service of the room..it could be better. the roof is fullof dust. but generally speaking, the hotel is very very good to visit the city!of course, i will recommend it to all my friends

  Staying at the mecure hotel was money well spent, and a lovely comfortable retreat after staying in backpackers around europe. i found the staff to be efficient, friendly, and extremely helpful. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. this hotel is about 100metres walk from the arc de triomphe and the metro, and has a good variety of restaurants and cafes closeby. i would highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back.

  Le seul problème --- notre chambre 103 était au rez-de-chaussée et nous entendions par moment la vibration du métro en-dessous. egalement la chambre donnait sur un petit cour intérieur qui s'ouvrait sur la réception -- résultat nous ne pouvions ni ouvrir la fenetre ni ouvrir les rideaux sans avoir l'impression d'etre vus. est-ce qu'on nous a attribué cette chambre à cause du tarif week-end moins cher offert par hotels-paris.fr? cela donnait une atmosphère assez claustrophobique. peut-etre les chambres à l'étage étaient plus agréables.

  Nous avons tout aimé et grandement apprécié le personnel surtout que nous sommes arrivés une journées à l'avance. bien qu'il n'y avait plus de place, la jeune fille nous a aidé et nous avons obtenu une chambre juste à côté pour la première nuit (best western) à un bon tarif. merci à votre personnel pour leur professionnalisme. le confort de la chambre est excellent et nous comprenons que les chambres ne peuvent pas être plus grande, seulement il faudrait trouver une solution afin que nous puissions y déposer deux valises et pouvoir les ouvrir et les utiliser facilement.

  The reception staff were especially good. very helpful and cheerful at all times. this was my first trip to paris and so i have no other hotels to compare this one with; having said that, i felt that everything about the place was of a very high standard.

  El colchon de la cama resultaba incomodo, lastima los cambiaban el dia de nusetra salida,quisieron cobrar una bebida tres veces,cuando no la habian repuesto desde el primer dia, en recepcion fueron amables y entendieron el problema,pero parecia que nosotros no queriamos pagar 12 euros ,depues de gastar mas de 300 en la estancia

  Only downside was lacking of a parking place. we had to pay 2.70 eur / hour and for two day stay was kind of a lot. otherwise the hotel was just fine with it's location it makes your stay in paris just wonderful. no need of metro for reaching all sites in the city centre.

  The day after my internet booking i called hotel to confirm they had my reservation and they confirmed they did and my name and room type etc. excellent service.hotel well situated one street away from the air-france airport bus stop (charles de gaulle etoile stop) and near to all major tourist spots. all staff very pleasant and helpful. arrived at 9am and was able to leave luggage (given a numbered tag/bag) at reception until return later that day for checkin. the hotel dedicates floors specifically for non-smokers. spotlessly clean everywhere. did not eat breakfast in hotel but there are many places nearby. the bathroom was stocked with 2 bath towels, bath mat and hand towel as well as 2 hair and body gel and 1 hair shampoo and 1 soap. a hairdyer is provided in bathroom too. flatscreen tv. aircon not a priority for me so not concerned whether provided or not but it may be worth asking if you specifically require that facility.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. great location in walking distance to many sights, restaurants and the metro. good, clean, friendly hotel. we would definitely return.

  We had a great stay here it is well sited for the metro and the open top tour bus. breakfast wasn't great and would recommend eating out but the reception staff are really friendly and helpful and booked our lunch cruise for us. would definately recommend staying here.
