  L'absence du reseau wifi ne permet pas de qualifier cet hotel d''excellent. quand au petit dejeuner, il est un peu trop standart pour un prix eleve. la qualite de l'accueil et la proprete sont exemplaires

  Overall our stay was positive. the room was large and comfortable - especially the bathroom! location of the hotel was great as well. we were very close to several metro stations, the opera house and shopping. the staff was also very helpful. our one negative is the front desk security. it was pretty poor. we never were asked to show our passports or any identification upon check-in or when requesting our room key. this was a bit unsettling.

  Tea / coffee making facilities were a bit mean - only one tea bag, one coffee sachet and one milk powder. at least two should be supplied for a double room. we didn't eat breakfast at the hotel as there were plenty of cafes within a one minute walk that were a lot cheaper and one gave free internet connection for 2 people for 20 minutes.

  Es necesario destacar al responsable de recepción félix que tuvo una rápida y eficiente solución al problema de la rotura de la refrigeración cambiándonos en forma sorpresa a otra habitacion con el normal funcionamiento del aire acondicionado.

  En general muy mala experiencia. por ejemplo, nos obligaron a pagar el desayuno de nuestra hija de 3 aÑos a precio de adulto, un desayuno-bufet sinceramente decepcionante (ademÁs el ultimo dÍa no funcionaba la maquina del cafe) la limpieza cuando entramos tenia mucho que desear, encontramos bolsas de comida debajo de la cama. en definitiva, me sorprendre las buenas opiniones de los clientes en su web, que por cierto me hicieron decidir por este hotel.

  Staff was very welcoming and friendly, room was good sized and had a very nice bathroom. wifi was not working so we had no internet access but a cafe just opposite the road had - problem solved!

  L'upgrade ha sicuramente dato un aiuto al giudizio positivo generale che mi ha poi fatto fare colazione in albergo .mipiacerebbe avere spesso questo tipo di trattamento.

  A very enjoyable stay at a first class hotel close to everything we wanted. nice clean room. a good sized and working bathroom and very pleasant staff throughout. would certainly recommend and hope to visit again in 2011.

  Surpris par wc. alors que la salle de bain est assez grande le wc est tourné vers le mur et il n'y a qu'une vingtaine d'espace entre le mur et wc. il manque une prise à coté du lit et du wifi gratuit

  Trés bel hotel,bien soigné très propre juste un petit bémol les toilettes sont un peu petit sinon accueil très agréable de jour comme de nuit,petit déjeuner un peu cher.sinon un parking est à proximité ce fut très utile.

  Nice, clean hotel in a good location. helpful and friendly receptionist, so sorry i cant remember her name! would stay there again and will definately recommend it. only gripe is that there wasnt a wall mounted shower - holding the shower hose is not ideal!

  - even so the wifi internet was available the system – i think it is swiss... – is so complicated and, mainly, so expensive – about 10 euros per time; - in the payment, they did not accept my credit card diners. they said that as the validity expired in 09/07 they could not accept it (i checked out on october 2nd). when i came to brazil, i called diners and they said that in all world the card is valid for one month before the expiration of the validity. therefore, the card is valid up till 10/07.

  Hotel agréable situé à deux minutes de la gare saint lazare et du métro. notre chambre spacieuse (il faut dire que c'était une chambre pour trois personnes et nous étions deux). petit déjeuner à 16 euros correct sous forme de buffet avec oeuf à la coque. par contre omelette et oeufs sur le plat en supplément dommage!). bien insonorisé. bref un bon hôtel.
