  Realität entsprach nicht den bildern und kommentaren auf der homepage. wir hatten nicht mal einen richtiges bett, sondern ein sofa das zu einem bett modifiziert wurde. im gang hats gestunken und der teppich im zimmer war dreckig und hat ebenfalls gestunken. die fensterklappen waren kaputt und haben sich aufgrund vom wind hin und hergeschlagen. wurden immer aufgeweckt bis wir die klappe mit einem haargummi blockieren konnten. rundum sind wir gar nicht zufrieden und würden dort nie mehr reservieren, noch können wir das hotel weiterempehlen...

  L'hôtel était propre et l'accueil parfait. seuls les couchages n'étaient pas très confortables et peut-être à améliorer.

  Wir hatten ein 3 bett zimmer - als suite bestellt und bekamen ein doppelzimmer mit ausziehbetten, das doppelbett war ein sofa - 1.20 breit als ausziehbett und das einzelbett war ein klappgestell bei dem der lattenrost kaputt war und meine tochter in der ersten nacht rückenschmerzen bekam. danach haben wir noch ein 2. zimmer bekommen, das war dann ok, aber für meine tochter, die erst 14 ist doch etwas unangenehm, in einem fremden land und fremder stadt allein in einem zimmer zu sein

  Reception was not always available. though it was possible to make arrangement for off hour arrival ahead of time, there was nobody there we arrived earlier than planned. reception staff was very kind and helpful when they were there.

  We are very satisfied with the cleaniness of the room. the hotel is just some steps away from the metro (maria de clichy) and a big supermarket (casino) and it is easy to locate. they have a sofa bed which is not so comfortable but for 2 nights is still ok for us. the reception is close on sunday and thus we did not have the option to leave our luggage at the hotel/apartment after we checked out. overall, we are satisfied.

  Bad experience mature couple. i spent 25 є calling to tell we would late, on sat. after 4pm there is nobody at the reception, we needed password by text message and not by email. never sent. i asked my mother who speaks french, to warn our arrival and they said will send someone to meet us and nothing happens, we wait 1 hour and decided to find a place to see the email and we found the key, not sent by telephone text. we entered at 9pm, when we went to take a bath there was only cold water, you imagine the cold of march? i move some contactors in the electrical panel without achieving anything, i found a plc and i changed the on/off hours, next night we had hot water. i said what happened at the reception and nobody cared, then for two days at 8am was noisy for a drilling works. we were sleeping and nobody cares, furthermore, toilet paper finished, we ask for more and they told us to pay because what they give was enough, terrible! excellent location, room and cost, but service is a mess, i prefer pay m

  Super hotel, sehr zu empfehlen. zimmergröße optimal und auch sehr sauber. tolle moderne ausstattung. super parkmöglichkeit im eigenen parkhaus. super centrale lage. metro-station fast vor der tür. einkaufsmöglichkeit direkt vor der tür.

  L'appartement que nous avons eu était largement trop petit pour 4 personnes. de plus nous n'avons pas apprécié lors de notre 2eme nuit que nous ne pouvions pas rentrer dans notre chambre et que heuresement nous avons pu nous débrouiller avec le service réservation qui nous a bien guider dans la démarche a suivre; et aussi pas de ménage de fait pendant 3 jours dont pas de serviette de bains renouveler ni de papier de toilette

  Attention lors de votre arrivée enb dehors des heuires d'ouverture de la reception, verifiez votre confirmation pour trouver le code du safe afin de pouvoir retirer votre clé. les filles de l'accueil sont très disponible et de bon conseil

  Check-in of the people, who had a car or wanted internet, was definitely too long. we were waiting for our turn, for 1 hour staying at the reception. you must do something with it.

  Impossible de joindre le numero ,qui théoriquement doit répondre apres les heures d'ouverture!!problémes de television non résolus puiqu'impossible d'avoir qq à qui parler,en plus,nos draps étaient sales,de petites taches de sang!!!!!!!!!il est sur que nous choisirons un autre endroit la prochaine fois.

  Das preis-leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. neues hotel, alles ist neuwertig. mit der metro in 10 min auf der champs. :) ich würde und werde beim nächsten parisbesuch das hotel anfragen. empfehlenswert.

  There was no hot water in the apartment at night (from 6pm). the receptionists were talking at the telephone with friends and after 5 min. stood up in front of them to ask a question, i gave up and went out. the rest is excellent and highly recommended.

  Superbe endroit, les pièces sont spacieuses, en revanche il est quand même dommage de devoir partir avant 10h00 du matin pour le prix ils pourraient nous laisser au moins jusque midi comme dans tous les autres hôtels et à partir de 18h00 il n'y a plus d'eau chaude, sinon l'endroit est vraiment sympa avec les commerces à proximité.

  If i stayed again i would request a room at the back as we had a room at the front and the noise from the traffic was very loud. the hotel was brand new which was nice, although the room needed a thorough clean, e.g. the wardrobes were full of dust. finally, the access codes for the hotel should have been sent to me in advance as we arrived after the reception had closed and i therefore had to phone the company in order to get in. a simple email in advance would have prevented the need for this. that said we thought the location was great being away from the centre, we liked the friendly local community and the proximity to the supermarket and tube were excellent.

  Perfekte lage, direkt an der metro station, von da aus in weniger als 15 min. mitten in der city, die zimmer sehr schön und absolut gross genug. das personal ausserordentlich freundlich. bei unserem nächsten paris besuch werden wir auf jeden fall wieder in dieses hotel gehen.

  Bei buchung war kein hinweis gegeben worden, dass im aparpart city clichy noch gebaut wird und kein frühstücksangebot (27.01.10) zur verfügung steht. (somit auch keine bewertung möglich). des weiteren war nicht erkennbar und mir bekannt, wie man nach 19:00 uhr bei nichtbesetzung der rezeption in das hotel kommt. bei der buchung hatte ich angegeben, dass ich erst um 22:00 uhr im hotel sein kann. nur durch zufall konnte mir ein hotelgast den zugang ermöglichen und half mir den code für den safe zu bekommen. wenn dies nicht passiert wäre, hätte ich mir ein anderes hotel suchen müssen. zimmerausstattung war jedoch gut. viele grüße h.rolle
