  La piscine est un plus incontestable, le fitness est réduit à sa plus simple expression.

  Pour avoir pris une chambre type "nelson" (catégorie juste avant la suite)... la pièce était minuscule, et la salle de bain digne d'un contorsionniste ! impossible d'ouvrir la porte de la salle de bain si la porte d'entrée ou la porte de la penderie est ouverte !!! chambre : poignée d'armoire manquante, coffre inutilisable, pas de chaussure d'accès à la piscine (elles sont données à la piscine... très utile !) salle de bain : manque significatif de crochets/barres pour suspendre les linges pour les sécher. douche partiellement cassée, plomberie laissant à désirer ascenceur sentant l'urine !!! petits déjeuner (couverts déparaillés !) rien à voir avec les photos de l'ascenceur ! mais personnel du petit déjeuner très sympathique.

  Stayed at your hotel the night of the 29th december wednesday.the first room 003 there was an very disturbing noise like a drycleaning machine the whole time or may i say the air conditioning.called the receptionist very kind he heard the noise himself so he changed me to another room the 105.terrible never have had such a horrible night.streetside my god.slept only two and a half hours had to get up at 6 to go to the hospital.it's a shame cause the interieur is very nice but the isolation is very poor plus neighbours above i could hear chairs back and forward although there is carpet on the floor don't understand this.and also you can hear the toiletflush.anyway it's a pitty.thank you for reading my complain.

  Pour un 4 étoiles la chambre laisse a désirer la recouche très mal fait travaille bâcler fenêtre donne sur issu de secoure aucune intimité .parking 20 euro la nuit c'est la fête, petit déjeuner 18 euro c'est la fête aussi. accueille bonne et souriant

  Si l'on tient compte du prix public le rapport qualité prix n'est pas très performant. interessant grâce aux promotions. le personnel est agréable et compétent. l'ouverture de la pisicine jusqu'à 22h serait bienvenue car très fréquentée entre 19 et 21h donc difficile d'accès.

  Hi. the stay was very nice and pleasant. only one small comment. i think the bathroom was tooo small. standing in the tub and taking shower is not sumthing unusual. but there is nothing to close that area and so water comes out in the washbasin area. if you could do anything about that... thanks anyway

  Notre chambre était une chambre double mais avec une porte séparant notre chambre de celle du couple voisin. la propreté de la chambre était bonne, seul problème de propreté quant aux tasses à disposition afin de prendre une café ou un thé dans la chambre.

  J'avais la chambre 105 qui donne sur l'entrée et sur l'avenue d'italie. impossible de fermer l'oeil pendant trois jours à cause du bruit. c'est dommage car la chambre était très bien.

  Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de service room pour la nourriture, assez incompréhensible pour un quatre étoiles d'ailleurs très bien de manière générale. c'est un service qu'un tel hôtel se doit d'offrir à ses clients, encore plus dans un arrondissement où les bons restaurants sont rares.....

  I would suggest longer opening hours for swimming pool, i work usually till evening, 20 pm, so there is not many time to swimm.

  Points positifs: une jolie piscine, un cadre de chambre agréable, une literie de qualité et un emplacement proche de toute les commodités et qui peret de rayonner dans tout paris. points négatifs: un accueil un peu approximatif, un ascenseur défectueux, une isolation interne très insuffisante et surtout nu prix de petit déjeuner prohibitif (20€)

  Le petit déjeuner est très médiocre , les produits bas de gamme. d'une manière générale ,le manque de professionnalisme s'affiche , c'est dommage car l'ensemble pourrait être tout à fait correct , si l'on prend le rapport qual/prix ... alors là c'est la catastrophe , 20 euros .... je connais beaucoup de 2* qui offrent un pdj de très haut niveau par rapport à ce 4*à moitié prix.

  Très bon hotel . bonnes prestations. ma chambre possédait même une petite terrasse qui doit être très agréable aux beaux jours. la rue d'italie est assez bruyante et on entends très bien les sirènes et autres klaxons mais c'est paris.

  Hôtel cher hors promotion....peu de chaines tv (surprenant même si je n'ai pas vraiment le temps de les utiliser)... musique d'ambiance un peu forte dans les couloirs le matin qui m'a réveillé mais l'hôtel reste globalement très agréable, avec la promotion très bon rapport qualité prix..

  When i arrived at the nhotel 1 hour after requested booking time the room was not ready and they were not able to give a time for me to return to get it to it. you would not expect this froma 4 star hotel!

  Hotel trés agréable par sa localisation, les chambres sont spacieuses et la salle de bain m'a séduite. j'ai profité de la piscine, le luxe !! quant au petit déjeuner , je l'ai trouvé copieux mais pour le prix (20 euros), il peut !

  La chambre que j'avais choisie pour ma nuit de noces ne m'a pas été attribuée côté jardin comme prévu, mais côté avenue d'italie. 2 lampes ne fonctionnaient pas. le petit déjeuner a été offert, mais pas de bouteille de champagne dans le frigo, je l'aurais apportée si je l'avais su. heureusement des amies avaient mis des pétales de rose sur le lit sinon rien n'indiquait qu'il s'agissait d'une nuit de noces.voici rapidement mes observations. cordialement.

  Great hotel, friendly staff and fantastic to finally find a hotel at a decent price with a pool and a small gym to work off the expense account. only downside is the area where although nice and residential there are no real decent restaurants or bars and a bit out of the centre.

  L'hotel est pas mal, la piscine superbe par contre la chambre était toute petite et le petit déjeuner une arnaque (20€/personne) et rien de bien spécial. l'hôtel est pas mal mais n'a que la piscine de 4*, le reste vaut un 3*

  J'ai apprécié la piscine et le coin fitness et le jardin où j'ai pu bronzer tout en travaillant avec le wifi.la salle de petit déjeuner très claire et le buffet est bien servi. je reviendrai très certainement dans cet hôtel lors de ma venue à paris

  Petit déjeuner catastrophique au niveau du service. présent en même tempsq'un groupe, le service (1 personne pour 50 couverts!) était débordé : on mage sur une table non déservie en réclamant au compte goutte les couverts et aliments ou boissons. d'autre part, les chambres se terminant par 1 sont très bruyantes car contigues l'ascenceur et ses cables grinçants...
