  Ive stayed in 4 different hotels in paris. this one is definitely the best! room was quite big for this *** hotel, it had a nice table and 2 chairs, panoramic windows and balcony with a view of eiffel tower! kitchenette was fully equipped even with a frying pan and diswashing machine. great location. this hotel has everything to enjoy the stay in paris. thge only bad thing is that receiption is not 24/7 and whatever you need you should ask for during their opened hours. all the rest was perfect.

  Hôtel bien situé proposant pour un bon rapport qualité/prix des chambres de dimension supérieure à la moyenne parisienne.

  A recommandé pour la chambre qui est grande et possibilité de manger avec le coin cuisine. l'hôtel commence a être vétuste (ascenceur en panne de temps en temps, porte fenêtre du balcon qui ne s'ouvre plus, éclairage principal de la chambre en panne....) sinon le concept en lui même (chambre + kitchinette) est sympa... le petit déjeuner laisse à désirer il a fallut demander tous les matins pour avoir du café!!! (c'est quand même la base)

  Generally good and clean, spacious flat with basic cooking facilities. staff were helpful. bathroom needed attention - paint peeling, poor drainage and no shower curtain.

  The elevator was out of order for 2 of the 4 days that i was there and i was on the 7th floor. what a hike.

  Cleaning at least at every 3-4 days is needed (or at least once in the middle of the stay in the hotel, not only after the leaving from hotel). water instalation and drenage to be improve.

  Leider hatte unser zimmer kein richtiges bett, sondern nur eine aufgeklappte couch, die bei jeder bewegung laut quietschte (metallfederung). beu meinem unruhigen schlaf, habe ich meine partnerin ständig aufgeweckt.

  Ascenseur en panne, flaque à l'entrée de la chanbre due à la condensation de l'appareil de clim au dessus le la porte ( réparé après mention) fenêtre cuisine inutilisable ( avertissement écrit) parquet avec auréole disgracieuse de 60 cm au sortir de a salle de bains, panneau baignoire trop petit pour protéger la pièce du jet de la douchette lequel n'est pas réglable. palier très sonore::claquements de portes ( groom défectueux), voix bruyantes . mobilier et déco : très bien.

  Das dritte bett für unsere tochter war nicht gemacht, dreckig und zu klein. der rezeptionist hat sich aber sofort um frische bettwäsche gekümmert.

  Quelques petits problèmes. la chambre avait subi un dégat des eaux, et le parquet était très abîmé, ce qui est regrettable. la télévision marchait très mal, les couverts étaient bas de gamme et mal arrangés dans la cuisine et la a réduction ne tenait pas assez compte du long séjour, 15 nuits.

  The front desk staff were extremely helpful and cheerful. we were pleasantly surprised when we saw that there was a kitchen included. however, the bathroom could use more shelving space to hold toiletries. the outdoor patio was very nice and we enjoyed the view of the greenery and birds very much. we would certainly consider staying here again.

  Reception cordialissima ma nn 24 ore per cui difficoltà iniziali a capire come fare per entrare nonostante le spiegazioni (chiedete meglio prima). camere molto pulite bagno piccolissimo e senza bidet ma cucina attrezzata di lavastoviglie micronde caffettiera e 2 piastre di cottura , prezzo caro rispetto al periodo e alle offerte degli altri alberghi, fermata dell'autobus sotto l'albergo, metro linea 6 a 300mt e linea 8 a 500mt anche se nn proprio vicina sono le migliori linee che collegano benissimo tutta parigi e l'aeroporto di orly (con orlybus)

  Great hotel! very good location and nice quarter where you find lots of good restaurants and bakeries. the small kitchen was convenient but wish there were some kitchen papers or coffee filters (there was a coffee machine but no filter!). we arrived 5 mins after 9pm and the door was shut but the receptionist waited for us! so you must call when you are arriving a minute after 9. there will be no one to let you in!!! another negative point was that there was no cleaning after one night. the towels weren't exchanged and bed was not made. but all in all, it was a good hotel. i will definately come back when i am in paris next time.

  Très agréable petit hotel au calme, près de la tour eiffel. dommage que nous ayons trouvé la literie peu confortable et la télé sautait. a part ce désagrément, tout était parfait avec un accueil chaleureux!!!

  Tres bon hotel et tres bon rapport qualite / prix, bien placé dans paris, domage que 'lhotel soit situé entre 2 station de metro "10 minute a pied " quand ont a beaucoup marché ca fait beaucoup pour rentrer, quartier tres calme peut d'activité 20 minute a pied de la tour, la prochaine fois j'irrai au citea des champ ou au citea pres de la gard de lyon , le metro est au pied de la residence

  Nous avons passe un super sejour chez vous. malheureursement il y avait une fuite dans notre salle de bain mais il n'y avait plus de chambres dispo donc l'hotel nous avons rembourse une nuit. la direction etait tres sympa et nous avons fourni avec plein de serviettes pour arreter la fuite. de toute facon nous avons passe un super weekend chez citea @ paris eiffel!!!
