  2009-09-29 - Anonymous - United Arab Emirates - Average mark given to hotel :8/10  
  The hotel online ad publishes a 20min time distance to central paris which is only possible by a private vehicle and only a motorcycle to that effect. i was forced to use public transport which at best provided me with a 90min access. this was a bad surprise!

  Nice hotel with some nice local food places and drinking places near bye. not ideal if you wish to travel to and from paris, as about a 30 euro taxi ride. gave us a chance to see a bit outside of paris though and met some friendly folk in clement.

  Les toilettes était exigue et difficile d'accès ! une personne ne peut s'assoir normalement ... pas fameux !!!

  There were a couple of things that were a problem firstly when we had used a couple of glasses there was nothing to wash them with we did not expect to need to take washing up liquid and sponge etc with us also in the bathroom there was nowhere to leave your things such as shampoo, toothbrushes etc you could try to balance things on the sink as you washed but they kept falling in and when you showered things had to be left on the floor a shelf would have been very handy the water temperature was very unstable and i had to finish two of my showers in very cold water the tiny bottle of shampoo/ shower gel was also very inadequate for two people over two days and on the second day the cleaner removed it and did not replace it but please if you do read this comment consider a shelf in the bathroom if one of you was to try washing, shaving and showering in one of the bathrooms you would understand it was such a little thing but would have made a huge difference

  Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable,it was just the transport problem with the hotel being on the outskirts of the city,we used buses,metro it cost us a lot in transport.other than that the hotel was lovely a very relaxed warm comfy hotel.we did not eat there as my partner thought it was a little expensive,although we had a kitchenette which we used that was great,just needed a kettle tea coffee facilitys.the bathroom was lovely and clean and spacious all in all the room was lovely.and the hotel was lovely thank you for a enjoyable stay.we shall use citea again.

  Une chambre sur les deux puait la fumée. je sais que c'est la faute du client précédent mais ce serait mieux de récupérer une chambre avec une fenêtre ouverte que cette odeur de tabac froid.

  The hotel is in an unpleasant neighbourhood and i will not recommend to walk in that neighbourhood at night. one of the two receptionists was unfriendly. the carpet was stinky and the non-smoking room carries smoking smell. in conclusion, i will not consider this hotel franchise again and i don't mind to pay another 20-30 euros for higher quality accommodation.

  L'absence de veilleur de nuit est inquiétante. que se passerait-il en cas d'incendie ou d'accident ? la propreté est parfois limite (rideau de douche sale, vaisselle nettoyée à la va vite ou sans les produits nécessaires) et laisse penser à une déterioration rapide...

  Il faudrait plus d'eau chaude, et l hotel devrait mettre a disposition de la kitchennette de qûoi nettoyer la vaisselle ... a part cela, tt etait excellent, ns en sommes sortis tres satisfait de la chambre, bons meubles, propreté, isolation sonore des chambres ...

  Pas vraiment satisfaite de la douche,lavabo trop petit,manque de meuble pour pauser ses affaires de toilette.esperais une baignoire.
