  The staff was very friendly and helpful. it is in a quiet area but very close to the "metro". the room had very good amenities. very comfortable.

  Location outstanding -- near metro, bakery, grocery, restaurants, shopping, and all the great sites of paris. room was large and very comfortable. also great bed, wonderful spa, coffee in room, big tv. the people were great. it was way better than we expected.

  J'avais mentionné un commentaire quand à un lit "spécial" et le personnel a spécialement préparé une chambre à notre attention. grand merci pour ce service impeccable à l'écoute des clients. la standardiste nous a renseigné un excellent restaurant pour un plateau de fruits de mer. grand merci encore une fois. quel service proche de ses clients.

  Absolutely loved la villa maillot! from the greeting by patrick, when we arrived, to the decor, to the excellent location and the overall ambience. well above our expectations. thanks so much to the entire staff.

  Overall good experience although not exceptional. tv in one of the 2 rooms we had didn't work and never fixed. a/c in one of the room didn't work properly although not a big issue since we opened the window.

  Literie désastreuse, papier décollé dans la salle de bain, moisissures autour de la baignoire... trés mauvais rapport qualité prix pour un 4 * nous sommes trés décu de notre séjour et nous demandons si nous réserverons encore par internet !

  Great room, great location, great stuff! would stay definately here again! but just one suggestion, brekfast should be a bit cheaper. 50 euros per day for a couple is too much, imagine a visit with your family!

  We had asked a non smokers room but on arival in the room it was certainly a smokers room and that was not good for us. because it was already late and we stayed only for 1 night we dit not asked for another room.

  Rooms are too small, if dresser cabinet is open you can't access to the room! the rest is good and personnel is very pleasant, efficient and helpful. at least give me the option to have a larger room. thanks

  Attention !!! losque nous sommes arrivés la salle de bain de la première chambre n'avait pas été nettoyée, les serviettes sales du client précédant étaient encore là et son savon également la bouteille d'eau était entamée. ensuite nous avons changé de chambre pour nous retrouver sur un matela completement usé et creusé au centre, mon mari et moi n'avons pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit. le lendemain tout est rentré dans l'ordre, nous avons été uprgradés et le petit déjeuner nous a ete offert.

  I can not talk more abut the treatment at you hotel: it was the best experience i have had in any hotel that i have stayed in.europe. i have told my agent that you should recommend this hotel to your clients. it was great-thank you so much for making this stay so special. the man at the front desk went beyond what is expected and help to make this stay so special.

  Komfortables hotel; die parksituation ist katastrophal! garage für 35 euro pro nacht ist auch für paris ein hoher preis. die bar war während unseres aufenthalts immer leer. das personal an der rezeption ist freundlich, aber nicht immer zu serviceleistungen bereit.

  The staff, particularly the conceirge on day duty were extremely helpful and ensured our stay was an enjoyable and memorable one. they were very knowledgeable about paris, giving excellent advice. nothing was too much trouble.

  L'hôtel est très propre, bien situé, et les chambres spacieuses et bien décorées. par contre le personnel oubli chaque matin le petit déjeuner (lorsque vous le demandez en chambre) et pourrait être un peu plus souriant. hammam en panne mais l'espace détente est très agréable. bar/restaurant de l'hôtel très agréable est décoré avec soin.
