  Best parisian hotel we've stayed in for years. friendly staff, fresh and clean room and bathroom, though bit stark without pictures or drawers, free internet and printing. we asked for 'quiet room on high floor with view if possible', which was exactly what we got, albeit we had to ask specially on arrival. it was fabulous.

  One thing we hated! the "too much"- artificial smell from a spray -air-cleaner..... we where wondering if it came out from the airconditioner? we tried to open door and window..... but it kept on smelling really strong... much to strong artificial way to make the room smell "clean" awfull to much smell! otherwise we enjoyed our stay. portier is very nice and funny.

  Personnel très accueillant, hôtel bien tenu , bien situé. un petit bémol concernant une diffusion parfumée un peu forte dans la chambre.

  A part le petit déjeuner à améliorer (peu de choix, mais de qualité) cet hotel est d'un très bon rapport qualité/prix. très propre, relativement bien insonorisé (on entend très peu la rue, un peu plus les voisins), les chambres sentent très bon. il bénéficie d'un accueil très chaleureux et très professionnel.

  Wie schade, dass das zimmer wirklich winzig winzig war.... wer länger als zwei tage kommt, kann kaum seine sieben sachen stellen. dabei ist das hotel sonst sehr angenehm, sauber und die angestellten sind sehr zuvorkommend.

  Better walking direction from the metro station to the hotel. i couldn't find the hotel and had to ask several passer-bys. would also be good to state which metro exit is the closest to the hotel, as bastille has many exits. add an english speaking channel on tv?

  Really beautiful parisian-style girly room which we found very relaxing to come home to after a night on the tiles in paris! i shared a double with a girl mate which was absolutely fine - small but perfectly formed. the linen was clean and white and the bathroom was spotless with a decent shower with very hot water - no issues! the staff were also very friendly and helpful. a very short walk to place de vosgues and the jewish quarter, both of which are lovely. highly recommended!

  Very courteous and helpful staff. room a bit small for superior deluxe. bathroom facilities excellent. tv service disappointing (poor quality reception for some channels and limited choice of english language services).

  Très bon accueil, chambre propre et insonorisée. chambre petite mais pour une personne et pas besoin de faire son footing dans la chambre. avec un tel tarif, je reviendrai.

  Le seul point noir porte sur le coût excessif des petits déjeuners à 10 ou 11€ . il était à 30 ou 35f avant 2001. cela correspond à l'habitude de touristes prennant tardivement un petit dejeuner copieux et supprimant le repas de midi. mais c'est une remarque partagée pour l'ensemble des hôtels de france.

  Si on a une chambre qui ne donne pas sur le devant , si on nous donne ensuite une chambre qui donne sur l'arrière mais à côté de l'ascenseur, le bruit de la rue ne s'entend plus mais l'ascenseur jusqu'à 2 h du matin lui on l'entend trop.

  Charmant petit hôtel, accueil chaleureux et pro!! un grand merci au nouveau directeur olivier. proche de la charmante et romantique place des vosges. petit restaurant accueillant et pas cher à proximité. au coeur de paris mais très calme
